They kicked a bunch of ppl off of medicaid including myself. They lie like always and say you no longer qualify. That's called gaslighting. I don't need no gvt pos telling me that I'm not in chronic pain every day. I, along with many are taking them to court.
This is ridiculous I’m possibly losing my Medicaid I’m 27, I’m epileptic, I have no manner of transportation, and now there’s trying to take away the one safety net I had.
Miami, fl here. They didn’t even send me a notice. I’m a single mom. I had Medicaid for my disabled son for the last 11 years & now he may not qualify bc of income($1800 gross biweekly) even though with the high rents we are living paycheck to paycheck at a deficit. His medication alone is $1300/month & without it he will have continuous seizures. He has aba, speech, ot, & physical therapies that will now get impacted, you call them & they just give you “we have 45 days to process your application “ without zero cares that he’s a special needs child & that we will run out of medication. I’m stumped honestly, don’t even know what to do. To top it off zero notification after so many years being on it that this was going to happen/that we had to renew, I found out bc his nursing service got denied from his insurance. Any tips or helps very much appreciated. I’m a single mom going crazy here😭
Is this for people that were put on medicade recently or? Im permanently disabled since 18 and im 33 and have had medicade for years. Im nervous 🥺
