Hey Victoria, always love the video updates. Wishing you continued peace and harmony in your life for the rest of 2024. I think it’s interesting how you mentioned that repeated ordinary actions can lead to extraordinary results. Recently I had a change in my life that’s resulted in me having some more free time, so I’ve put an emphasis on exercise, eating right, and taking my studies more seriously (2nd year college student). In the past, all of these habits were very daunting to me because it felt like if I tried to maintain them, it would end up not being enough. But I’m realizing that it only takes a little bit every day to be a better version of myself!
Sorry for the long comment. Best wishes from Dallas, Texas.

Hi Dave, wow, thanks for writing in all the way from Dallas! Happy to hear that our experiences and learnings are the same, even oceans apart. I agree, the smallest healthy habits add up to worlds of difference. All the best for the rest of your college semester (sounds like you’re doing just amazing) ☺️

Your content brings a sense of peace in me. I relate with many of your thoughts and struggles eventhough our lives are very much different.
For me, the biggest hurdle to improving my quality of life, is that I feel differently at different points of time.
I feel that I face a certain problem today and think of a solution. But couple of days later I feel something else to be the problem and I abandon my efforts to overcome the previous one.
My state of mind feels very transient and ever changing and that's why it's difficult to think of a way out.
    Keep sharing. Thank you.

Maybe it’s about sticking to one solution and trying it for a while? :) another quote from mark manson’s video I liked and I hope will help: a happy life isn’t one without stress but one of meaningful stress. So having problems isn’t necessarily bad! All the best! :)
