Just: WOW! Everything--your new kitchen, honoring the Ukrainian people, the lovely recipe, your garden, the music, your sense of humor (even getting over Covid!), and, of course, Josie 😻! Thank you for the video and the recipe. I can't wait to see more of what you create in your new studio!
Hello Sofia. I came over from Cooking Secrets for Men. Glad I have found your channel. You have such an amazing smile!! Love that accent wall! Beautiful sentiment to the Ukrainians. I have never used a knife like that. What a cute little "pot'. LOL you yard reminds me of my childhood. I was born and raised in Trinidad. Hi Josie! She's ready to pounce on those rolls. LOL 🐈🐈🐈Those look delicious. Thanks so much for sharing your recipe. Sandee
Hi Sandee! Thank you so much for your amazing comment 😊 Josie will pounce on any food she finds 😂 she's a foodie for sure! I'd never imagine my garden would remind you of Trinidad, but thinking about that brings me a lot of joy 😊
Really good video! Beautiful space for you to work in. The Windows are great. I like the use of a "sponge" also known as "poolish" pre fermented dough adds much flavor. So nice to see you again
It was really cool of you to make this video! Not a lot of English-speaking creators acknowledge the situation in Ukraine, let alone make a tribute video and encourage others to help. The Pampushky turned out great, and you nailed the greeting in Ukrainian! Also, your new studio/kitchen looks lovely. The drapings over the windows make it feel especially cosy :) Looks like you might need a wider lens to fit everything in the frame, but I guess you already know that :) Looking forward to more recipes!
Thank you so much 🤗 More people should be talking about it! The Pampushky was so good, and surprisingly easy to make! I don't understand all that much about lenses, but I'll take your word for it! I do know they're expensive 😃 I think I'll have to do my best with my current lens and better angles, and maybe get a new lens when we reach 1000 subs 😃
@@BeetTheRush I feel you! I'm always on the lookout for cheaper used alternatives because new glass is crazy expensive, and it's surprising how good some deals can be on the used market. Unsolicited advice time: If you ever decide you need a wider angle, Canon EF-M 11-22 is pretty good, but you can probably get away with using the 15-45 kit lens that comes with the camera. Just set it to 15mm and disable any kind of digital stabilization on the camera to avoid cropping. I find that 15mm is usually wide enough even for fairly small rooms :) Oh, and you should definitely be able to reach 1k subs soon!
@@yawningmarmot thank you so much for the advice, when the time comes to get a new lens or camera, I now know exactly who to bother for recommendations 😃

Thank you so much 🤗 it's the first time I'm working with this sponge method, but I became a fan, super easy!

Nice! So, is the magic in that topping you put on the bread?
The magic is in the topping for sure! Garlic and parsley work really well together! Who would have thought 😂
Hi Sophia. I gave you a little shout out on my last video when I stole your idea about answering questions
I'm watching it right now 😀
