dr sahab i have hip burning from last 3 months walking no problem only problem in sitting and lying on the bed my uric acid is 9 can i don't have any problem in thumb or knee joint but can uric acid affect our hip? i have cervical problem too nech stifness etc. one ortho doctor suggest me to use donut pilow for sitting will this help? have done xray only xray is normal

20 or 30 years after total hip replacement all components are changed in hip revision surgery or affected components ?
depends on the condition of the parts at that time.. but revision surgery can be done successfully
