I’m gonna try and create my own plug by using the one where the hose connects to. This will be my mold. So first I’ll lather it with a lubricant like oil(just enough so it won’t get stuck to the mold). Then I’ll put it inside a spray an plastic cap. Then I’ll get a hot glue gun and fill it to where the thread ends. Let dry and un-screw. Now I have my mold. Finally I will lather the inside with a little lubricant (oil) and with the glue gun fill it with glue. I’ll top it off beyond the threading to have enough to later cut for a socket to fit. Oh yeah I’ll make sure and lather the top of the mold w a little bit of oil as well, so the bolt/plug won’t get stuck to the mold when I pour the hot glue. This is for a one time use. No need to tighten. Just hand tight enough for it to hold pressure to pop the seal.
Interesting. Not sure it will work as there will be approximately 2500 psi of pressure on that homemade plug. Just how strong is the hot glue when dried??? Who knows. But, I can't blame a man for trying. Let us know how it works out. Good luck, and be safe incase the plug does not hold.
You will need an "O" Ring hex plug as seen in the video. Typically these are -8 (dash 8). Have on hand a -8 and a -6. These two will fit most boxes. If different then you will have to match the plug to the fitting size. Hope this helps.

Did anyone notice that he's wearing a wedding ring and wearing a watch Which both are bad and not to be worn while in a shop doing work I know we all break rules, but it's just funny to see it at a corporate level

What is the size of the plug for the return line?
Depends on the size of the return line on the vehicle.
