Countries with free college do much better, but school is a privilege and not a right.. If you bully or hurt someone at school, you should get kicked out of that school forever.. Schools in poor countries treat it as a privilege, the right to education just like society is a privilege.. You impact society by letting bullies ruin others education, I will not be assaulted or have my children victimized and assaulted and have that same child go to my child's privileged school because of others "rights"... Lady, the reason you didn't get bullied in higher education, is because bullies are not allowed.. Yes why not make UNI free, but let not people infringe on others education for the sake of "rights"
