Starting this brand new year gives me the opportunity to reflect on what drives me to be a better person and a better surgeon.
Both my passions, surgery and karting combine to make me a better individual, because I can extract the best part of each discipline and combine them to be a better human being to everyone around me.
When I close the lid of my crash helmet and I put on my surgical gloves before a race and a surgery, my only focus becomes my passion. Whether it's to improve a life or aim for pole position, I am driven to perform in perfection.
