I for one would LOVE to see a few different looks rather than one. All your looks are so inspiring for me. This happens to be one I would really enjoy because I am a total coll toned girl. I really like the muted tones.
I thought about ordering when it launched, but i decided i wanted to wait for Annette's review :)
I no longer have any interest in buying from brands who make you rush to get something. I appreciate blendbunny for never engaging in that (afaik).
Back to the video... The multi-look ones are my favorite (also love palette bingo! js). I dont care if it takes however long it takes-the more looks the better! I often watch them multiple times. Before buying to decide, afterwards if i do buy, and later every time i want some inspo.

I remain firmly in the camp of multiple looks after a period of reflection. You are so good with colour and with finding the heart of a palette
As a fair, cool olive, I might really need this palette. Oh, and I very much prefer and am happy to wait for multiple look videos!
As soon as I saw the color story I jumped into this video so fast! As a fair/light olive who looks great in desaturated tones, I'm so glad to have a palette that has mostly usable colors instead of a couple and having to find a way to make the rest work or never use at all. We've had a deluge of heavy, warm orangey/yellow tones FOR SO LONG! I'm really excited for this palette, and thank you for doing these looks even though these aren't your favorite or feel they don't flatter you the best-though I think these look amazing on you and I appreciate you showing the drama and versatility in tones like this, since so many other artists either default to muted, "office" looks or only make them look muddy.
I think years of a very particular style of application and palettes of similar warm color stories has handicapped several artists and influencers to only use the products in a specific way.
This will be perfect for you then!
I'm by no means a color season expert, but I definitely agree you seem like you have high contrast. Muted tones would wash you out in that case and bright bold colors bring you to life. That's what I see in all your looks, anyway!
I, on the other hand, have a fairly muted coloring so muted tones like these make me sparkle and shine, while very bold looks with high contrast and super bright colors make me look flat. I still wear them though!. I think this palette may be the most inherently flattering palette for me I've seen yet. I ordered it on launch and it arrived on Friday! Been in love with it so far ❤

Yeah, that's how I've always felt. Some colors just feel right and others feel wrong. I can go cool or warm if I want but it has to be more saturated tones and Im okay. I feel like that's reflected in my wardrobe too. I own very little muted colors, and all my 'neutrals' are pure white(no creams), black, navy, dark brown, mid toned gray etc and a bunch of bright colors. It would be hilarious if I ever got an analysis done and it came out the complete opposite lmao
@@AnnettesMakeupCorner yeah I've never gotten an analysis either but your description of your favorite colors sounds very much high contrast! You already know what you enjoy and what looks good so no need to do an analysis unless it's just for fun 😊 I do get curious sometimes what they would say about my season for sure though

Hello Annette !! I ordered this palette at launch and recieved it on Friday afternoon. I used it to do my makeup for work Friday night and it was beautiful !

I just ordered mine. Btw, this is the first Blend Bunny palette I’ve ever bought. 😮 I’m not a rainbow palette fan but this colorstory is definitely something special! Also, BlendBunny is one of the few indie brands that actually has a stockist in Australia so I don’t have to pay exorbitant amounts on shipping. I’m really looking forward to trying the beloved formula!
p.s. Blues are also one of my favorite colors on my brown eyes. And they look stunning on you too Annette! 😊

I love blue but I find it hard to wear as an eyeshadow. The two shimmers in the bottom right have a hint of blue that look perfect for me, but I don’t love most of the shades in this. I wish Blend Bunny would release shades as singles because I’d buy their shimmers but I think the palettes are better value, plus the formulas are great. As for the number of looks, I like videos like this the best. I don’t need a breakdown of every look but I’d like to see a few sped up and hear your thoughts as a voiceover, I don’t spend as much time watching RUclips anymore so I like it when videos are quicker.

I never understood the point of using all the shades in the palette for one or two looks depending on how many pans... I didn't mind it so much, but a couple creators felt like they should give a review because they've used every color. 😂 And I'm like, I don't think that counts because 6 of them barely have a purpose, in any. I like the way you do it. A couple looks using different colors and them wearing it for the day(s). The ones who do one look and then each Eye, wipe it off and then do a 3rd look.... I still think that's a first impression. A review should have some wear time. Sure there were 3 looks, but the first two are wiped off so the longevity of the colors can't be known. Anyways, that was my long winded ways of saying I like how you do them. One look before launch would be fine, but the way you've been doing it, to me, is better. I just ordered mine coz I was waiting for your review. 😂 Great video. I love the looks you did!
Totally agree, i dont like watching video of people doing separate eyes, its distracting to me and like u said, also doesnt feel like a review

I vote for a more detailed review after you've had a chance to use the product. It's the same for me with the blues! I'm surprised that so many of my clothes are blue and I love blue eye shadow.I may buy this palette later after I finish playing with the Machina palette it's really good. 💞Cute eye looks❣

While it's not exactly my color story I may grab it down the line. But I will say I think Maggie captured the overall mood of what she was trying to put out there extremely well! The shades as the collective when I look at it anyway ... I think not sad but melancholy? The looks you created are as always, stunning. I agree with you, I don't typically like the muted tones either so I skipped this one for now but it is DEFINITELY beautiful so I may eventually pick it up. You look amazing in blues, and you got me to wear more blues as well and now it's my favorite shade also! 💙

I'd prefer a more tested out review. Especially from you because I hold your opinion in high regard. A lot of times I won't purchase something until I see you review it. We have such similar tastes as far as what we like & don't. I don't always have to grab things on launch day. I'd prefer to hear your final or more tested out thoughts! But again if it's easier as far as scheduling is concerned or something like that, then you do whatever is more convenient for you😉 ... Onto the video! 🥰

I prefer the more looks and more time for you to work with the palette so you can give us a better review. There are a lot of creators that already post first impressions as soon as something launches; I really like that you offer a different perspective.
This palette has my name on it, but I don't know why. If I lived in a coastal town, or was living back in my hometown, San Francisco, this is definitely the palette to have if you're in IT, it checks all the boxes, without too boggie!
I prefer multiple looks. Im still here btw but I don't really comment anymore. In the beginning, I commented on every video I watched.
Speak of color analysis, as a cool summer, this palette is right up my alley lol. I do think some of the shades are a bit repetitive and I have some similar stuff in my collection but I do love all these shades in the same palette and it definitely makes me feel inspired just looking at it. I haven’t tried Blend Bunny before but I think I’ll probably end up grabbing this one eventually (albeit, probs not for a couple months because I just got Cooltrals & Adept x Amy Loves 😅

I usually don’t buy palettes right at launch, I like to think on them for a bit so I’m not too impulsive lol. So I definitely prefer a video coming out a bit later with more looks and a more thorough review

The green I think is the #6 from odens eye and the purple is amethyst hour from colourpop!

💜🙏 Definitely test out more looks. I recently unsubscribed from almost every single makeup/beauty person I was following on here.
If you can always sell me on every single product but also don't know enough about it, then I take pause and have issues.
While I'm not going to get on an economic soap box, I will say that the jobs around me pay less than $20/hr. So if each new item is being pushed without enough thought, then it's disingenuous.
I recently had enjoyed newer people to watch, and after a while it really hit me that no, I don't actually want the products or trust these people's opinions.
Totally understand, I don't want people to buy stuff that isn't good and that they don't truly want or need. I'm picky with what I want, and I think other people should be as well, and if I can't help someone make a more informed decision about something they were already considering buying then that's great! And if not, maybe I can inspire to do something similar with what you already own!
I bought it at launch. I love Blend Bunny but this color story is kinda not my thing. I wish it had more warm colors and TOO MANY teals.
Id prefer u take your time with palettes and do a more thorough review..first impressions aren't really that important imo ❤
