With most of the weight in the back of the tiny camper you must make sure the weight on the towe hook will be at least 60 kilogram otherwize driving at higher speeds will make the camper sway out of control. Black coating on the outside will turn the inside very hot when the sun shines brightly in summer. I second the remark made earlier about the enclosure of moisture in the plywood and the subsequent rot that will appear after a fwe years. But having written all that ...... very nice job !!!

With those skills, you guys could've build an off-grid tiny house and take it anywhere you wanted. Forget the camper. Re-design and add solar / rain collection then you'll be able to have power and water inside the tiny house. Weld a support to hold an e-bike. Add a plastic milk crate to the front of the e-bike, the e-bike could be use for re-supplies when off-grid. :)

    Impressive ! That's wonderful !
But the black color, error. It absorbs the heat of the sun unlike white which reflects it. It could have gained a few degrees less in the middle of summer with white. But aesthetically, I love it ! It looks like “Warmex” paint with the same technique as painting speaker boxes ! It's original ! It is an ultra strong paint. He should have set up a corner to put a good big subwoofer ! 😅🔈🔉🔊

Living in a free country must be really good! Here in Brazil, to build such a semi-trailer, for camping and leisure purposes, one would have to request authorization from the traffic department agencies, fill out various paperwork, take the vehicle to be inspected and inspected and if it passes, then a document and authorization for registration and the semi-trailer would also start paying tax, the same as the motor vehicle that will tow it. In short? Damn bureaucracy and an obstacle!
