Would you recommend the Moment, ProCam 8, or ProCamera App for a serious photographer using an Iphone 11Pro? I have the first two apps, but I'm trying to decide if I need the ProCamera app as well, or if I could maybe replace the other two apps with the ProCamera app.

Yeah I feel the same Earl. If HDR is your thing have you tried the manual RAW EB I mentioned in the video? You have to merge the photos in other software but the image quality is fantastic.

Hey buddy. I have a question for you. Whenever we click picture in portrait mode in single lens iphones, we get background blur but the image gets distorted a bit. That may be because of wide angle default lens of iPhone. Any suggestion about app that enables zoomed in images when we click in portrait mode to reduce distortion ?
All i want is just to have manual settings for long exposure photos like to set manually iso, shutter speed.. is there any app for that only? 😅 maybe even free

It would be nice to see comparison between ProCamera Night Mode+ and NeuralCam NightMode from a person who knows more about photography than me.

1 sec. Only the stock app is capable of taking a longer exposure. Unfortunately this is limited by Apple so therefore there is no 3rd party app which can use shutter settings beyond 1sec.
I find it very arrogant to dismiss the BOTHIE function as knick-knacks. I like the app for the variety and not just the pro photography. Only I can't manage to project the videos into each other with the BOTHIE function. Can any of you professionals please help me? I would appreciate it.
I agree that this app is pretty good. I tried it, but like other 3rd party apps it does not let me zoom in as much as with the original the built-in camera app on the phone (Nokia 7+). It’s as if the app can’t handle the extra telephoto lens on the phone. The original app is good, but sadly the exposure can’t be locked, so in many cases the image looks dark, which proves awkward when filming a video.
No, it won't keep each separate image. If you want to do that you can shoot in EB (Exposure Bracketing) mode and combine the images/edit later in post.

I've found the best portrait mode is the one with the built-in camera app. It's far from perfect, but other apps use the same depth mapping technology as the built-in one so they shouldn't be any better. The Moment app doesn't have portrait mode by the way.

I'm honestly just looking for a decent photo app with a good intervalometer (customizability for how many shots and how much time between shots). I spent weeks shooting B-roll, 1 day of filming A-roll and then 3 days editing all around a full-time job, so I'm really not taking any complaints about the 20 second intro in front of this free video seriously. It takes no time or effect to skip forward on your keyboard or phone screen.

i choose ProCam 7 over this, the freedom of changing HDR settings is tempting , but all those in-app purchases make it cost as much as filmic Pro .

The user interface of ProCamera makes it meaningfully nicer to use than ProCam7/8. It’s less visually hectic.
I hate the auto adjust of the iPhone 13 camera. Does procam do this too?
