- Who is Jesus? Why do so many Christians believe in Him? Why do they choose to love Him and build a relationship with Him? What’s the motive? What are their desires?
Today, I’m breaking down one of the most asked questions in Christianity: who is Jesus?
Christians don’t believe in a selfish or uncaring God. In fact, Jesus is the exact opposite. There’s a reason we’ve given our lives to Him, and it’s because we know His character is loving, kind, and selfless.
Jesus’s love is unconditional. When someone loves you unconditionally, it’s hard to not love them back. Unconditional love is selfless and sacrificial.

I would like to clarify a very important point. As I understood from your words : you said ( the father the son and the holy spirit are all different roles or facet that God plays in his roles as God )
This is incorrect, so let me explain the meaning of theology in Christianity.
The one God has (existence) called (the Father), and has (mind or word) called (the Son of God), and is (alive) called the Holy Spirit. Therefore, God is exists, is alive and is rational.
Therefore, God is not three gods and is not also one God with three roles or three states from which he transforms to the other as he wishes. This is also wrong.
But he is one God with three intrinsic attributes and not relative attributes. These attributes express the thought the God's words (the Son of God) and express his existence (the Father) and express his spirit (the Holy Spirit).
Like a human being has (spirit - soul - body) and all of them are intrinsic attributes of a single human being and also each of these attributes is different from the rest, as the body is different from the soul and different from the spirit of a human being.
Just as a person can be expressed through his body (when we see someone we know immediately) or himself through (his thoughts and words).
The same applies to the one God:
We can say that the Father is God and a unique person, and we can say that the Son is God and unique person, and we can say that the Holy Spirit is God and unique person.
The Son of God means eternal birth from the same nature of God. For example, when there is fire, there must be light, so the light coming from the fire comes directly at the moment in which the fire was found. Thus, God the Son, birth does not mean a difference in time between them, but from the same eternal nature.
You can review (Mark 1: 9-11), (John 14: 26) as it clarifies the unique and amazing presence of each person or each hypostasis of the one God. Therefore, they are not roles for the same God.
I hope I was able to convey the idea despite its difficulty.
