I bought two travel size bibles for the purpose of keeping them in my bag and purse so that I would always have my Word with me, but I would end up just bringing my main big bible with me the majority of the time. I still would have the other two bibles with me but they weren't getting much love. BUT now, I know how to utilize them. One will be for praying in general, for God's people, the world, and for praying over someone that I may meet etc. The other will be for my more intimate personal prayers! Thank you for sharing. Love it lol!! That was bought from the store Buckle. Now I am going to say I think it would be easy to make. You would just crochet a hood pattern so you would have to make a pattern of that exact hood that you want to do and then stitch it down in certain places after you have it made and then sew the hood together, if you were physically making it but I think you could still do it if you didnt Make the sweater in all so you would just have to tack it down around the hood to create the same look

I have been using your freebie I printed off the topics key and bought a prayer bible some colorful tabs and this prayer bible has been helpful for me. I use the washi tape with diffrent patterns and tabbed my family members and friends farviote scripture based on their farviote color.
I also love reading my Bibles I have a world Bible school study edition Bible and a catholic life Bible can I write in them with a regular pencil sending you lots of love and prayers for you and you're family ❤🙏✝️

I use a binder. I started writing my prayers during Covid. I wanted to see how God answered. Now I write scripture in my prayer journal. My Bible has no more room for marking, drawing, tabbing or whatever else you do. My Bible is a study Bible.

How does this travel? I have a larger bible that's in a bible bag, but it can be bulky.... I was going to get a compact bible that zips, but I don't think it would zip after I put in tabs lol! So, I'm going to go ahead and get a compact bible similar to the one in the video but I'm worried the tabs will get all bent up etc. (which is why my Bible has always been in a carrying case) 😬 heeeeelp 😂
Did you watch the part of the video where it talks specifically about how to add the tabs and them scrunching up? It will show you how to add them without them getting bend up! Mine are still in good shape and I carry it around alot

Psalm 50:15 They will call upon the God of Abraham, Issac, and Jacob in their time of need. They will give you all the glory during all the ups and downs of this. Romans 5:3-5 Their endurance Father will strengthen them and shape them into the person you are personally crafting them to be for your glory. James 1:2-3 Comfort them Father letting them know that there is a perfect completion of your work coming. Matt. 26:41 May they be attentive to this addiction so they will be on watch and guarded not giving into the devils plans. 1Cor. 15:33 The people _______ surrounds themselves with are the ones you want in their lives. If there is anyone who is not meant for them, who is not good company Father, you will remove them from their lives. These are just the first ones that showed up for me. Working on prayer bible with tabs that can toss in my bag and not get damaged so looking at zippered bible, can this be done if bible zippered using tabs?
YES!! as long as they are not sticking out too far you would be good. Just be aware when you are placing the tab that you wouldn't want them to stick out further than your bible covers.
I use the tabs to pray for people in specific areas so say I wanted to pray for joy for my son. I would start with my joy tabs open up the first one and start praying the first verse and then continue praying for my son by the leading of the Holy Spirit. I just continuing praying and see where the Holy Spirit takes me from there he could lead me to pray for peace in his life for him or his walk with Christ and so on
It'd be helpful if you explained what a Prayer Bible is and why someone would want to make one before you start explaining how to do that. I've never heard of it before, but this video kept popping up on my feed and I decided to watch it to learn about it. Just from the little info you gave (it's changed your prayer life, and with it you can go to any topic or person and "go from there") makes it sound like an indexing system or concordance. I don't need to make one of those, they're much easier to buy than to make. So, I expect there's a difference somewhere. Or maybe it's an indexing system for prayer requests? I don't really want to watch more without knowing if this is even something I want to have the ability to make.
Organized prayer- color purple tab is salvation, so every tab that is purple is about salvation so you pray using your Bible. Gods word is power in prayer. Declaring scripture over a lost one is very powerful.

Use double-sided poster tape - the non permanent kind instead of regular tape. It acts just like the sticky notes and easily removes from your page without damaging the paper.

Do go easy with those sticky notes. I was putting them in my bible and some time later found they’d stuck so hard they damaged the paper when I tried to move it 😢

In praying scripture and that is really what this is here to help others do. I just wanted to share what I found to really propel my prayer life forward. @@TheIndianaFamily there is a difference between reading scriptures and prayer.I like to meditate on the scriptures. And you are right about it being very powerful. I have my bible beside my chair and I read it throughout the day. I pray first thing in the morning and last thing at night plus anytime necessary through the day.
This is a good idea for people who may need something like this to help with consistency. Also a good way to learn God's word and get closer. However it needs to happen as long as it happens.

I really want to do your Bible study & build a Prayer Bible, but would it be ok if I used a NLT Bible rather than a NIV version? I seem to get so much more from the NLT Bible. No offense. Please advise. And many thanks!
Yes!! I have an NLT Bible I use for my studying use whatever you want!
Do go easy with those sticky notes. I was putting them in my bible and some time later found they’d stuck so hard they damaged the paper when I tried to move it 😢
Oh no!!! I do remove gently. But I’m sure if they have been there for a while and you just forget that they probably do/could do damage.

Seems like prayer journal would be easier.
The point is to have it all in one place and you can always have it with you without additional bulk.

I did make another explaining my why. But someone else said this exact same thing. I do agree 100% prayer is just a conversation with God. But there is power in praying his word. In praying scripture and that is really what this is here to help others do. I just wanted to share what I found to really propel my prayer life forward. This way helps me have a conversation with him 😁
Why? I literally just talk to God. You don't need anything else.
I completely agree but also using the word of God is very powerful.
@@TheIndianaFamily there is a difference between reading scriptures and prayer.I like to meditate on the scriptures. And you are right about it being very powerful. I have my bible beside my chair and I read it throughout the day. I pray first thing in the morning and last thing at night plus anytime necessary through the day.
This is a good idea for people who may need something like this to help with consistency. Also a good way to learn God's word and get closer. However it needs to happen as long as it happens.
This gives me anxiety.
oh I'm sorry if it does that a journal may be better for you. I can see how it would do that though especially when some of the pages have alot on it.
Mistakes are not a big deal. We all make them or change our minds midstream. Using removable tabs are very easy to change. ❤🙏
