I wouldn’t base your suspension specs based off of something that’s 3-D printed I would face it more off of something that’s CNC precision machined out of aluminum or even titanium for more accurate

I had an idea and I wonder if you can achieve the same thing by adding small weights to traditional setup wheels? Then you could get the same precision by seeing which front wheel rotates first under the weight and only have to put the setup wheels on once instead of twice with this method.

I believe you could do that with setup wheels, but you still need to put the weighted wheels on both ends of the car. Unless you are talking about putting weights on all four setup wheels. If so, then yes I believe your idea should work. Try is and let me know what you think!

If your car it tweaked(weight not equally balanced on all four tires) It helps get that issue resolved.
