    this one really helped make it stop a bit or least focus my brain away from it, i really feel like the sound was always there but one day i got a wave of anxiety and my brain just honed in on that tone and never stopped, hope the find a way to cure this one day.

    Wow, this is the one for me! I've found some of your other tracks work brilliantly but this is the best. I have tinnitus in my left ear that's a fairly high pitched hollow ringing I'm fairly sure centers around 10.2kHz, where I also have a dip in hearing response. This 11k noise completely masks it even at low volume, what bliss! Strangely, when I stop listening the T is much reduced and a more focused tone rather than the vague ringing and my overall hearing seems clear and crisp! Thank you Dale!!

    My tinnitus, like many peoples, is multiple frequencies overlaid, but this sound here nailed my loudest, most annoying frequency. Thanks again as always, Dale. Dale has a patreon you can join at $2 a month, which is nothing at all if you're getting any relief from these sounds. At the very least, kick the man a one-off payment of whatever you can spare. He deserves it and almost never asks.

    I know this isn't targeted towards ADHD and specifically don't claim medical expertise about the co-occurence, but I have ADHD as well as a lifelong tinnitus that got permanently worse when I had to work right next to a noisy construction area within the same room (was illegal to let us work like that, but too late to complain a decade later). Had this in the background for the last 4 hours of doing my job and I feel like the noise and my racing mind stopped. Unlike those brown/colored noise videos, this one isn't distracting. Sounds like I'm sitting in a rural garden during a warm summer night, only the sound of soft wind and crickets around me.
    In that regard, I'm gonna add this to my playlist, subscribe and try your other content. Thank you for some great coding-session background noise. 🙂

      There is certainly a crowd that listen to noise and other sounds here to calm or clear the mind. It’s not always possible to list all potential benefits. They often included ADHD, hyperacusis, EMDR, or deep sleep. Thanks for pointing that out.

    I have some not-ringing. It's a noise that rages from 7khz to 20khz (checked with analyzer) that drives me insane in my apartment.
    I got bad sleeping, get all anxious, head and ears warm up when it's worse.
    I thought it was ringing for a while but I noticed it would not happen in other locations.
    This noise kinda blends with it and makes it less unbearable.

    This is the high range I often experience with my pulsatile tinnitus (unfortunately)....so thank you for creating this! What is the "noise boost" that you refer to? Also the volume seems a lot lower than your others, though. Is that purposeful? Thank you for all you do.

    • @dalesnale
      @dalesnale  Год назад +3

      The boost is where the specific frequency if noise is increased in level, at 11,000 hertz in this video. This helps to target listeners that have that this particular tinnitus frequency or something close to it.

    While this probably wasn't developed for play through a bluetooth speaker, if I pick up the speaker and move it around, it seems to modulate the sound. Placing the speaker directly in front of me at eye level produces a very pronounced center speaker effect. Just a few observations.

    • @dalesnale
