My absolute favourite thing about Warframe promotion trailers is that about 90% of the stuff they show, you can actually do in-game. It's basically just freecam footage of a mission with some extra dramatic flair.
Is why I loved titanfall 2 as well. The trailers, the speed and insanity, it's what those pilots do in the lore as well. Gameplay and lore matched perfectly to make you feel like a super soldier.
@@angrybox4253 i think they refer to massive amount of wall running moves. Wall running was ripped from the game long ago (I play for two years and it was already gone) and replaced with "wall jumping" which doesn't look so cool. I didn't hear of any other changes to parkour.

When they jumped out of the pool in the palace of the queens, and I saw the light on the frame I was about to say “WHOA! SPOILERS MATE!” Then you cut away. Nice. What led to the sudden interest in beating this game’s story (to the current point) anyway, though?
It's so he could actually reference stuff in game. No time for grinding, so he asked fans to carry him through the war within and they delivered. Shame TWW has those mandatory solo parts though.
At this point this spoiler is like the "I am your father" plottwist in Star Wars. It is great when you experience it during the release period. The War Within was awesome, sure. But I bet none of the new players will have the same excitement. They didn't go through all these "what are warframes?" theories and poking in the dark for years. They just get it served the moment they can do the quest.. while potentially being spoiled by ingame players anyway.. or read about it at some point.

Not to mention that the most frequent appearance of Sentient enemies outside of quest events and Plains of Eidolon in my experience are on Orokin tilesets, being either Void or Lua.
It could also be referring to Lua, since that’s not present on the star chart for a good chunk of the game - a void in the sense of there being an absence of something that was once there
Coming back to this just after the launch of the New War and all I can think is how cool it would be to see Gavin release another Warframe song now that the Sacrifice and especially the New War have dramatically advanced the overall story.
It is still fascinating how detailed this song summs up the relevant plot of everything within the game during the 'awakening' time. All of that, without any spoilers.
I have yet to get into this game myself, but I absolutely adore this song style from you! Great powerful riffs, intense vocals, just a rush from start to finish. This is one of your greatest for sure.
Just be prepared, this game is DEEP and wholly unapologetic about it, you will likely need to ask about things or look them up. Coincidentally, the community is amazing at helping in learning just about everything.

Gotta say, it's clear you don't write a song until you really "get" a game- even if I had just started playing last week, this song would hit me hard; you've perfectly captured Warframe's constant jumping between fast, chaotic action and almost painfully-slow world-building. Course, I've been playing for about a year and a half, and holy hell you've done it justice without spoiling even the tiniest detail.
Finally, something rare that RUclips suggests to me that is actually really good. Fits the game pretty well and the video edits fit perfectly with the song in most parts. Good job!

I rarely comment on videos but I have to for this. This song brought me to tears. I have played Warframe for nearly 1000 hrs but have been unable to due to my computer dying. I still follow the goings on of Warframe but this song has brought up all the emotions & memories of playing. This song reminds me of so many reasons why I love this game and the community. This is really beautiful. I started playing Warframe a few weeks ago when you marvelled about it on Twitter, although I haven't really gotten that far due to being a college student with very little time. But this really makes me want to sink some more time into it and see what the lyrics are about! Bravo to your musical talent.
Warframe is a game somewhat built with slow burning in mind. Especially since the missions can be done very quickly, which is good because they make it to where eve if you focus mainly only on the story quest stuff it'd still probably take huge spans of time between them since it actually has you explore the star map, fight bosses, and raise mastery rank before it actually lets you move on. Which is probably a good thing honestly, as most the quests plot wise act as though there are huge gaps of time between events if they are connected.

Great song Gav and mad props for not spoiling spoilermode! I can imagine there was a huge temptation to include something about that for a bit of additional oomph, but this video is going to be the first introduction to Warframe for tens of thousands of people and immediately seeing the biggest twist would've been a bummer.
Man so much has happened in Warframe since this came out, I'd really love to see him revisit warframe and do something new. Maybe about the Operator/Drifter specifically? I've played Warframe for just over four and a half years. Around three years ago, I started figuring that eventually you would make a song about it. You didn't disappoint.

They really do need boss themes in the game, maybe even have this theme added in as a secret boss theme which you can activate upon finding the switch to it in assassination missions!

Man so much has happened in Warframe since this came out, I'd really love to see him revisit warframe and do something new. Maybe about the Operator/Drifter specifically? SOmething a bit more somber? im no composer. Either way I still come back tot his bop and still find myself really appreciating the lyrics.

They really do need boss themes in the game, maybe even have this theme added in as a secret boss theme which you can activate upon finding the switch to it in assassination missions!

@@the_protectorof_smols3563 You know what is the most satisfying thing to do? Being better with normal excalibur than someone with an umbra (using relatively low lvl eqips and mods so mostly with exalted blade).

I commend you Sir. My Girlfriend sings this one every time she plays warframe for longer than an hour. This song is isn't just about a game, it's about childhood, our teenage years, and our adult hood, it feels like a coming of age song.
I discovered this song this fall and am absolutely OBSESSED with it. This song made me realize my current favorite genre is called electronic metal! 🤘
