Interesting, I enjoy small amounts of brown rice, but won’t eat any style of white rice, don’t like the flavor. I refuse to eat any peas, their flavor ruins everything they are in for me. Plus both have low nutritional value, and are high in carbs. I could eat spinach daily, but 😮hear it causes nutritional absorption issues. Need to look into that. Don’t care for potatoes (nightshade family) or raw onions, but I will eat some. You seem to have these foods in all your meals. Are you not concerned about the carbs, and more so about the non-nutritious factor? Especially interested in your thoughts about white rice. Thx
Green peas are legumes, they are a good source of proteins, are full of different vitamins and minerals and contain fibers. I don't know where you saw they have low nutritional value, but that's not the case. Besides, green peas have less carbs than lentils for example, and anyway, carbs should represent around 50% of our calories intakes. This bowl is rather well balanced, I see nothing to be worried about.

I love making rice bowls too. Such a handy meal to have in the fridge for days when you want to grab and sit down to a quick meal.
