Even when I go to the link in the description box, the “details” part of the realtor’s page just gives the address. Come on, make it easy for viewers to know if they want to ask for more info. If we have to dig for the price to see even if it’s within our realm of possibilities, then the process is much more complicated than it needs to be.

I think it is purposely done so you will contact the broker who will tell you the price and then if you indiczte that it is not within your price range then will try to work with you ti find something you can afford! It is not only foolhardy but also not customer/buyer focused whuch it should be considering the pandemic times in which we are living! According to info, obtained from googling, 3 years ago it was sold for $2,788,800
