- After attending Big Finish Day at the Derby Quad, I felt inspired to give you all an update to my Big Finish Collection! A lot has changed and been re-arranged, so I hope you enjoy this look through the vast world of Doctor Who on audio!

Amazing collection! Really enjoyed this and would be up for seeing videos in which you go more in depth in certain releases or series from Big Finish 😀
I recently won an eBay auction for a lot of 10 Big Finish CD’s for about $55. In that lot I got Spare Parts, Jubilee, Chimes of Midnight, and Zagreus just to name a few. I’m just starting my Big Finish collection and hope to build it up to this size one day.
Nice! eBay can be a great place for collecting. I got the entire Dark Eyes series for only $45 total from there.
My wife and I got into Big Finish six years ago when we attended a convention in Atlanta. Paul McGann was the guest of honor and he led a great panel discussing BF. My wife loves "Gallifrey" and I'm enjoying "Stranded." (Oh, and "Energy of the Daleks" is awesome)

Amazing collection Adam! Honestly all these audio dramas, they should be aired on BBC Radio, it would certainly help to bring back audiences to that medium!

bbc radio has its own collection, it has 11th and some of 4ths
Why don't they do that? Are Big Finish worried that airing their stories anywhere else will bring people away from buying the CDs?
Wonderful to see all this Big Finish together in one place. I fell hard for Big Finish last year after basically ignoring it for years. I went for it in a big way like you did and bought a huge collection all at once. It stops in about 2015 though, so I got the first 200 of the Main Range, all the Dalek Empire stuff, Unbound, Cybermen 1 & 2, several series of 8th Doctor stories, and the first 4 series of the Fourth Doctor Adventures. There's lots of other odds and ends -- assorted Companion Chronicles, Lost Adventures, a few UNIT box sets, and limited boxes like Last Adventure and Light at the End.
I'm so far behind in listening to them I don't know if I'll ever catch up to the present day. I'm trying to listen to the Main Range in order first and just started Scherzo today (#52). I've sprung for a few releases on Big Finish sales since my big purchase, and picked up the next dozen of the Main Range with a subscription. I wish I could find great deals and attend Big Finish days, but it's just not in the cards on this side of the pond!
I have to add that I just finished listening to Zagreus for the first time last week and it just made my heart happy as a Classic Who fan. Honestly, there's something almost comforting about knowing there's so much of Big Finish that I'll pretty much always have a "new to me" Doctor Who story if I want one.

Wow I remember having a subscription with Big Finish in the original days and looked forward to get a cd every month or so,through the post. Still have them will need to go through them as I’m currently after years making my whole house into my man cave! I’ve probably got the very first Big Finish stuff (have been collecting dr who stuff since 1977 ish) so I’m still a spring chicken not !!! Lol 😂 cheers 🍻

Still getting over seeing the HUGE pile of 4th doctor cds you had amassed at big finish day. But definitely need a lot more benny in your collection.
I had Series 1 to 6 of Benny at one point! But i didn't really connect as much with the series so i passed them on!

Great video I really like Doctor who even though i am in my 20s i watch an episode of The Sarah Jane Adventures a few days a go i actually enjoy the episode it had a sontaran in it i also listened to one of The Sarah Jane Adventures audio books that also had a sontaran in it great doctor who audio book collection you have.
Nice collection/video. I concentrated most on 6 & 8 with some of 7 and odds and ends of others thrown in.
Sadly I lost track/interest when they stopped doing the monthlys, it was a stretch to keep up with what they were doing.
I was just wondering when you were going to do an update the other day 😅
Anyway, my collection is quite small. Because there’s so much I’m only sticking with the 8th Doctor stuff. I’ve got all the stories up to Zagreus on Spotify (I did recently get Stones of Venice, Invaders from Mars and Seasons of Fear on CD)
I have the other 8 and Charley stories on download with Creed of the Kromon, Caerdroia and Memory Lane of CD
I also got Solitaire on CD (and it’s amazing)
Christ, that’s a lot of audios 😂

Thats a tough question! Maybe I'll have to do a video checking off what I've listened to! Off the top of my head, i know with the Main Range I've listened to just over half of the 275 releases!
Are you going to do a winter update Adam? These are really entertaining and it would be dope to see stuff such as beyond war games and kaleidoscope in the collection

You have nothing to worry about with the new unit sets 1 to eight I have listened to them and they are great.I love how they build up the villains.The only dud for me is 5 and that is only due to the inability of building up the threat of the villains due to time.The war master is great as always in 6.Love your collection I really do.
how long did it take to collect all of those audio dramas?
When this video was published it had been about 1yr and 8mnths since I had started collecting!
I wanted for the last 2 year to got to big finished day,
but the 9nth doctor on audio, the issues with captain jack, the 2 4th doctor lost story and dark 10th doctor that should of been tenth fist box set. CD pricing
And a lots of behind the scenes leak of actor not getting paid or getting named credit l and getting recast ECT
Put me off for a while so long I missed big finished day, that could of got me slowly back in to big finished and when I fully get back I buy off ebay for a while and I rip CD onto phone until I happy to pay big finished due to the fact I can't choose who at Big finished get my money. 😇
