    Looks easy but in fact quite a lot of ingredients to prepare.. but if the taste is good then worth trying.

    Recipi tisda bergitu lemgkap, Serbuk lada putih ( Not Compaldory) di recipi Char Kueh teow.. Kueh teow blum bubuh SOS kicap sudah bubuh tauger, Tauger sudah over cook, SoS ikan 2.spoon campur SoS tiram 1 spoon sudah miss out.. Jika sudah bubuh serbuk lada putih, bererti recipi tersebut sudah out.. Ok gd job. !

      When corner a bit char not burn. You will actually smell the fragrance then ready.

    Not many people like cockles (blood clams) taste bloody. Stir Fried egg separately. Never mix with the noodles, too dry. I like pork intestine and large prawns, mince garlic stir fried first. Vegetables: choy sum flower, chives and bean sprout (put last, never put first). Seasoning: Light Soy Sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce. Put dark soy sauce a bit more. Noodles too light color. Noodles: I like mix kway teow and thin yellow noodles.
