I can't really say other then the usual sites people download them!!! im just a freak and always go for the highest quality!!! All of KR takes up 3 TBs of storage in my pc 😅
Honestly there are no solid answer for that one, unlike secondary rider where Toei did make designation for it , they didnt make one for tertiary rider. So you can say that yeah ar kuuga was the tertiary but so does kivala to a certain point of view. For OOO some may argue that kamen rider aqua was the tertiary
Honestly in my opinion, in the A.R world in terms of companionship and in the development of the AR world storyline kuga will be second since he was with decade from the beginning then Diend appears later on, now, in terms of the rider world itself in this case Decade’s, Diend it’s the Secondary rider obviously but kuga shouldn’t be considered second or third cause he’s not part of the decade world he’s basically aiding him in his personal journey
Now with Kamen Rider Aqua, i don’t think he’s third in the OOO world cause they basically added him you to make “sense” in that episode especially, and remember that Kamen Rider Aqua it’s a Rider from the future and from a very far one, thats why it makes sense why he appear for more than two episodes on Zi-oh
I'm not counting it as officially Zolda serves that purpose and if we're being fr about it that would mean the secondary is ryuki since we see Knight before him
