- Sunny Beach in Bulgaria, the largest resort on the Black Sea has this totally contrasting coastal town just minutes away. St Vlas joins onto Sunny Beach with hotel developments in recent years bringing them together but they are very different.
We take a Sunday stroll around St Vlas and show you how interesting it is to visit, it has a very neat and well designed apartment zone fronted by a marina. Around the Marina are some exclusive shops and quality restaurants, a different feel to Sunny Beach just a couple of miles away.
there are many places to visit along the coast in Bulgaria when the tourists have gone home, a more relaxing experience.
If you are wanting a quieter holiday experience than the manic Sunny Beach then do look at St Vlas or Nesseber they are both very close.

Very good 😊 Sveti Vlas was the first place I stayed in Bulgaria, the Fort Noks complex. Its a bit quieter and nice for family holidays..
Definitely a lot quieter
We love this harbour. Great drone footage. Been there twice in the last 2 weeks. On the beach yesterday, so quiet. We use the coffee machines a lot in BG, cheap and hot!
Always something to see at the marina. The coffee machines are great, we used them often as well

Not often, only on random nights out, meeting up with people etc.
Was at the small beach today by the marina. Great weather calm waters. Quite a few people were soaking up the sunshine and taking a dip.
Unfortunately the forecast is for much cooler temperatures in the next two weeks but thankfully still sunny and pleasant.
So in effect I think the swimming season is over, which is a pity because the last two seasons ended much later. Towards the end of October beginning of November..
Oh well, it is what it is. Let's enjoy the off season and get ready for the next one. Hopefully my tan will last until May 2025 LOL .. 😎

What buses run to Sveti Vlas from Sunny Beach and how often?
Very often in summer, winter schedule not sure. Yes it's expensive round the marina.

Thanks, we keep looking at that area. Fingers crossed for the D visa.
@@BB-kl7hz It is a pain to get the D visa, two trips to the embassy in London and costly , then you have to do residency straight away before the paperwork runs out of time or you have to get new documents, most have to do the criminal records twice! About a grand or more to do when finished getting first year residency
