It literally is one of the Toughest ever made, speaking broadly. Give Fatal Labyrinth a whirl if you ever get a chance (and actually LIKE difficult games, couldn't tell from your words!). It's STILL the most Fiendish game ever built, to me. 😉

Where is landstalker, light crusaders, shining games series, warsong, etc which are known to be top rated games. And have influenced many top games. Yet so many bad games on the list i have to avoid. Sure its your opinion but their are better games that most do not know about. Good games seems to be subjective now a days just like good movies, music, etc. LOL
Mostly fighting, shooting, attacking. I finished the Donald Duck game. It was great. Many here I would like to have the patience to play through. Time is short though. Im in my 40s now.

One of them anyway (NES, SNES, Game Boy, PC Engine, SMS, PS1, and Saturn are the others), we were spoiled for great consoles and games back in the day, can't say the same about consoles made now, outside of the retro games seeing re-releases, or remasters (Wild Guns, Ninja Warriors Again, Pocky and Rocky) on them.
@BlindLibrary Kid Chameleon STILL has some of the most well-thought-out and downright FIENDISH Level Design in Gaming History for me, still love firing it up to this day. Many years spent getting good at it. 😉

I’m a Sega Genesis player and all SNES guys used to envy me. We got blood in MK and our Aladdin is superior.
In fact, not trying to bash on the Snes here but all the Disney games were superior on the Genesis.

Your opinion was invalidated as soon as you showed footage of Strider Returns.
That game is an absolute travesty, should've never been made. Thankfully Capcom rectified this US Gold mistake with their own Strider 2 later on.
