Victory Liner is stepping UP with its Royal Class fleet. Even if Baguio City is just like 4-5 hours from their terminal/s, may sense of bitin talaga. Pero, what can you do naman if ang target consumers talaga nila MOSTLY ay from the Baguio Line.

Possible but for now impossible their are big bus company in cebu YGBC which is a company that holds an operation in Visayas and Mindanao that can be a rivalry of VLI. Maybe soon it will have but not the VLI possible the YGBC. Sleeper bus is Good In long drive
Magiging imposible dahil successful sila sa Norte and medyo magiging risky if they expand their operations, although nagpupurchase sila ng struggling bus companies para tulungan sila kahit papaano.
Worth it sana ang 1,500 kung di na naglagay ng beds sa aisle, tipong same lang ng sa Bicol Isarog na kabilaan lang.
Kahit wala nang mga free toiletries, basta sana yung mga pasahero makakagalaw ng maayos sa loob.
Yes sobrang inconvenient kasi ansikip mas preferred to na lang special bus na nakaupo lang ok na yun, malapit lang naman ang Baguio.

First I was hesitant for baguio line. I forgot that its offering luxury. I wonder if the they availed the more premium thacomobihome with 1x1 double deck configuration with bus pads. Much more luxurious yes. However im not sure if it would be beneficial. But being the first company to offer "luxury" sleeper bus this so far the best interior, service and the bus itself probably it would be the standard of all luxury sleeper and victory liner is a game changer for offering luxury travel.

the drive from Cubao to Baguio takes just over 4hours (assuming you take the trip @
wee hours).. that's almost the same amount of time it takes for me to get home when I was working in Makati to QC every day during rush hours.
Great concept. But if the trip takes just half a day or less, YOU DON'T NEED SLEEPER BUS with BEDS. It's just bad from a money standpoint & you won't get the most of it.

imagine, dati sa Sleeper bus lang ng Florida ako sumasakay, then sinubukan ko ang royal class. For me, both comfortable. May pagkakaiba lang sa amenities, that's why mas mahal talaga ang ticket ng Royal class kysa sa sleeper bus ng florida. If you remove the kits and amenities ng royal class, medyo magkalapit na cla sa ticket price ni florida. Is it weird to say that i don't sleep in a sleeper bus or the royal class? I want to enjoy every good shit they have to offer. Even for a 10-hour trip. You won't enjoy it if you are unconscious.
P.S. I'm not sure which is better. You have to compare their features relative to their ticket price. Without looking at the ticket price, VLI's Royal class is obviously better. But nowadays, the word 'freebies' is no longer free.

It's a marketing strategy. For one Victory Liner studied the traffic of the peopke travelling to the different routes and baguio stood out.
They will not spend investing this much for a luxury bus for nothing. Every business made a careful feasibility study im sure of their strengths and weaknesses.
