You know it’s an early season episode cause Sheldon actually pays for his actions.
Seriously, he should’ve been fired at least 5 more times during the show. From calling the HR woman “a slave”, to dousing the board of directors with that foam and more.
Ngl though, the foam gag did get a laugh outta me 😂

That more then anything else was a complete separation from reality
Not to mention when Alex reported him for sexual harassment.
Plus the numerous illegal things he did without consequences.
@@jessedellross3245 Do you think Howard also should've been fired too if the show followed reality? Considering his sexual harassment behavior (one episode mentioning he's been sent to Human Resources several times) and the Mars rover incident. Ditto with Raj considering the one time he sexually harassed Catherine Millstone when drunk.

I remember that first time I heard Sheldon call Mary « mommy », I couldn’t help but let my jaw drop… because when I first saw her walking up the stairs, having obviously been called for help by Leonard, my first conclusion was that Leonard had finally called a psychiatrist for Sheldon 😅
They already had him tested.
But they should have followed up with that specialist in Houston.
They should have had him neutered like a dog
And Sheldon can't be a 'normal' person until he gets his Mummy's proper affection or love.

Laurie Metcalf's comic delivery (and the message she can deliver with just a facial expression) are pure gold. Hats off to the director, too, for knowing how to time comedy to maximum effect.

Sheldon needed to be fired numerous times and handed his ass more than once, but the writers decided to cater to him early on and ruined the potential. He cruised thru the series.
As if the other characters haven't done stuff that's worthy of being fired too.
Oh no, this is sheldon specific short, so I specifically mention him. Their all pretty horrible characters thru the series.

It's been thirteen years. George died in 1994. This episode was in 2007.

How is that a disturbing job? is weaving a really disturbing job in western world? Seen this series like 10 times already. They like to joke about something which has a hint of reality behind it. If it's really disturbing job then I completely understand why there are so many karens in the US.
Sheldon was ALWAYS coddled by his mom and needed her without even knowing it
