@@captainsparrow1229 Finding a job is still easy in any western country, but finding a job near you that pays your bills according to your current needs is difficult.
1970 there were about 210 million people in USA, now it´s at 338 million. UK has a similar issue with mass immigration.
Plus the gov has taxed the shit out of you for a while. So of course everything is way more expensive. And not only do they tax the individual, they tax heavily companies as well.

Not being able to properly relax after working every day, especially on the weekend sucks balls.
I spend the weekends regretting almost all my life's choices or lack of them. And then it's back to work so quickly.

I like working on Sundays. Way more pay and Sundays are boring most of the time anyway because everyone is already dreading the Monday
I always prefered working Sunday if I could have Friday off. Nothing happens on Sunday, places are closed and I dont go to church. It only interferes with NFL in the Fall, but the games are on TV at work and if I want to watch an important home team game, I can switch days/shifts.

If you study art yes. If you study coding then no. Stop being dumb and saying school doesn't matter. Go learn something.
The most successful people didn't finish school or go to begin with. I believe in basic schooling probably until the child is 11 or 12, then put them in apprenticeships. Modern higher education is completely useless unless you're going in for something very specialized like a doctor or something.
I did well in school and did everything I was told from kindergarten through college graduation and spend weekends thinking where I went wrong. Maybe I should have done my own thing and ignored what my elders and the system had me do.
I got out of the weekend shifts a month ago. More shifts over the week with the weekend free is 1000 times better… my mental health is miles better too.

Oh yeah getting up at 4am will fuck you up. I legit don't remember anything I've done during 4-9am at work, it's a complete blur. You'll start waking up and activating at around 10am after chugging down couple cups of coffee. Honestly people who tell you to wake up at 5am everyday for "self improvement" can suck my D, that's a load of bs. Ignoring your natural sleep cycle brings nothing but trouble.
Been getting up at 4-5 am Mon-Fri and sometimes Sat for almost 20 years now, my god has it really been that long? Haha

I work 2nd shift foe 10 hrs a day every day but every other Saturday and sundays (50 to 60 hrs total) and i go to school for electrician online sometimes i give up a few hrs sleep to attend classes and im married with kids, its hard but if you want it you do it.

Working out 6 days a week and always pushing myself to do it better each time.
Eating my lunch at a park ever single day, and spending 30 mins exploring the park.
Getting a Girlfriend
Traveling once a quarter (4 times a year) to a completely new city for 2-3 nights. With my girlfriend.
Budgeting and saving
Starting a garden
Spending 30 mins reading and journaling every single day
Not allowing myself to play video games until I clean something in my house (makes playing video games rewarding rather than habit)
Not sleeping in past 7:30Am, even on weekends. And going to bed by 10 every single night.
Cooking all my own food and not eating out at all anymore. Which has made me try so many new recipes.
And most importantly, deleting ALL social media apps off my phone, including RUclips. I only use RUclips on my computer, with a maximum of 1 hour a day.
If I ever get bored, I go explore a new park or go hiking.
Well I also thought about deleting all social media but that kind of problematic with youtube now. Still don’t know if making vidoes is a hobby or just time wasting

When I use to work at a warehouse it was Friday - Tuesday on a 5hour contract. I would work 8:30am - 5pm on Monday, Tuesday and Friday
Saturday + Sunday would be 8:30am - 1:30pm so all together it would be near 40 hours
On my days off I would look for new jobs/call employers and plus I can still chill with my mates later on over the weekend..
Remember people if your job that you don’t like includes weekend work just plan on attending job interviews for new jobs over your weekdays that you get off 👍
Also smoking a joint before going to work does help providing it is a Sativa strain

I like working weekends. Sure, it might seem to suck at first... But since Monday and Tuesday are my "weekends" I get to laugh at weekday warriors while drinking beer at 7am.

my boss asked me to come in to work this saturday. i just ignored the text
my boss gave me only one day of rest and others all work. When i wanted raise he said no, so I gave him a declaration of leave and he said I worked for only 3 hours a day. Next he put an ad for my replacement with a couple hundred above my current paycheck. Thats when you know they hate you.

Hey if anyone feels like they never paid enough attention in school and as a result think themselves as utter failure, try to check if you have ADD. I know several people who were diagnosed for it in adulthood and got their shit together pretty well after medication.

I work Friday - Sunday, 12 hour shifts 6-6 and I enjoy it. I get 4 days off a week and get ful time hours over the weekend it's much quieter, and less chaotic as everyone works Monday to Friday. Each to their own I guess though and depends on the job.
I would rather have no days off if I can guarantee that I never have to be at work for any more than 6 hours per day.
I hope you at least have 300k in your bank account? If you don't why are you having 4 days off? Come on bro. I make good money and I still decide to work 6 days a week because I want to be successful. No one needs 4 days off unless your rich or have decent money (400k plus)
