Absolutely, positively, extremely relatable. We have infinite distractions at our fingertips. It's so immensely challenging to achieve tasks while we have immediate entertainment in every form imaginable. I also have chronic fatigue from Lyme Disease which fucking SUCKS MAD ASS FUCK MY LIFE please excuse my outburst and have a splendid evening thank you for the animation!!
If you just spend an hour or two getting all of the work out of the way then you could enjoy the rest of the day totally care free, instead of constantly being stressed out about what you should be doing before quickly distracting yourself from the problem with youtube or video games. But yet its so hard sometimes and so easy to slip back in to all the distractions...
I remember about 4 months ago, I was hitting my stride, going to the gym, attending NA meetings, having that spark in my life. I'd come and watch these doomer vids once in a while to scoff a bit. Thinking it was a chapter that was behind me. A non-recurring chapter. Surely I had all the momentum. There was no possible way that... Now I'm thoroughly back into the thick of the abyss. Zero hope in sight. Just hope the end is merciful and swift.
It is the most relaxing thing to do nothing I had enough friends money etc and sometimes I prefer to pretend and be calm with myself It is difficult when you get used to your loneliness and you like it

Honestly today and even now my day was like this luckily for me my works mid day so I can normally get at least 6 hours sleep if I really fuck up. However I find distracting yourself in other ways is a good idea. I went to the movies by myself which I don’t usually do this forced me to check my mailbox as I had free time to.
