Worked in a metal factory, and 12h long night shifts were the best, not to mention I had 3days of work and 3days free. There was less work because expeditions started in the morning, and my team leader was sleeping in his office most of the shift, only checked if work was done, and then didn't bother us until 2-3 hours before the end of the shift when morning shift supervisors and shift leaders started swarming the place. I had friendly colleagues where we agreed that some of us would do the work or be on patrol for team leaders and supervisors while others could get to sleep.

Broooooooooooooooooo literally my life it's 7am as I am writing this.

Boomer wanted to switch shifts cuz of "muh family" and I was like K, I want to try it out cuz fuck it. Always can revert it back for later. Anyways, I end up changing shifts, changing my sleep cycle and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. I work for 6.30h and I am paid 200 dollars more than full salary. So I get around 2100 dollars after tax. With extra work on the weekends? 2500. AMAZING.
I got abusive parents and shit so I just go to the gym most of the day, and when I am now in my room they never bother me. Then the work is so damn chill cuz even if my shift is 6.30h, we only work for around like 3 hours LMAO. Rest is breaks.
I fucking love my life plus I get to cuck these capitalist overlords. Fuck them.
I am studying working on side hustles in the mean time, not investing on any shit coins...

Did it before for a couple weeks but my life required me to be a day person and they didn’t give me a raise while doing it. Had to say no when I was offered to permanently change my shift to night. I still remember the look on their faces when I said no to it because I am usually the yes man in the company. I can agree to get stuff done but changing my entire life for a company no. They asked too much.

Now make one where on top of his full time job, wojak tries to work a partime app job like rideshare/delivery/GroceryShopperApp. He suffers connection problems, low tip Chad customers, Karens, and heavy traffic. And in the end he ends up spending more on gas.

huh! finally a happy ending for Wojak for once. I also worked the nightshift at a grocery store stocking the shelves. I didn't hate it. I kind of miss it but my work from home office job setup is much better now.

Working the night shift sucks. Its the kind of shift only criminals take because no one wants to work them. At least in my opinion.
Night Shift can be cool sometimes if you can change your sleep cycle 🙂
