Oh the weeds this year. I will admit that they got so far ahead of me that some are 5 feet tall. The plants that have made it are looking good. The bugs are so difficult to deal with. We are debating making some sort of mesh covers for next year. Thanks for the tour, it is always great to see how you guys are doing.

It's been a crazy weather year everywhere!! I won't be getting the amount of tomatoes this year either...been cool here too. Your potatoes look awesome!! 😊

I had big trouble with bugs this year too. It’s so disheartening to start off with such promising seedlings and end up without a harvest! Like other commenters I’m going to get some netting and cover my plants next time.

The time to fail is now. I have failures too with billions of grasshoppers, hot hot weather, then cool. Rain in June, then no rain for well over a month. I’m learning from my failures. Ordered tulle material and going to make half hoops over parts of garden next year and cover. I also had trouble with beans not sprouting. Replanted 3 times. (Baker creek seed) my hopes of canning are shattered this year. Tomato plants are huge with not much production. I understand and sympathize with you.
