The have been rendered impotent to compete, therefore they will be scaling significantly less, and let us don't talk about profit. A grim future indeed.

I see many stories about these sanctions, and as far as I can see they do a lot of harm however most of the impact is not immediately bringing Russia on its knees. Why? Because the Russian government does not give a shit how it's citizens fare. But I can garantee you that these sanctions hurt.

Russia is heavily industrialised country, they very few things they need to import. Mainly consumer items.
