Blaster Breakdown 35 (November 2022) - Nerf Roblox Viper Strike mod - now a 400fps HPA Viper Sniper!

- There's no doubt that the Nerf Roblox Zombie Attack Viper Strike is the best looking blaster that Hasbro has ever produced - it's a sniper, that looks like a snake!
However, the performance out of the box is a bit average, so I decided to give it the performance it deserves. With a Spexbz, solenoid valve, and full metal breech & barrel, this is now a HPA monster hitting 400fps and beyond. By swapping out the original (fake) plastic scope with a proper Bushnell 3-9x40 one, this blaster now has performance to match its looks!

Amazing build Andrew.
I 100% think you're correct, this blaster is one of the more imaginative blasters that Hasbro has put out.
I was very happy to find normal dimensions for the bolt sled etc, with plenty of space inside. That made this a relatively easy mod all things considered.
Plus, it's a snake!
U have mastered the art of installing hpa spexbz setups, clean and smart.
This breech arrangement is definitely one I'll use again - much simpler than making an entire brass breech 😯

Yeah, I'm pleased with the result, but jeez the grip is tiny! I don't have big hands, but my fingers are crushed trying to fit onto it. It's definitely a blaster designed for little kids... Which I think makes the HPA mod suitably ridiculous 😎
Awesome mod! How did you remove the yellow plastic priming bolts?
Lmao I knew that they'd be a pita to remove, so I never attached the one on the left side 🤣
This way I can disassemble the blaster for maintenance with only the right side one in place. And that's the only one I use anyway 😎

The Worker red Gen 2s hold up really well. I can't think of the last decap or foam burst I've had with these.
Most of the wear I see is from flywheelers, and then it's mostly on the tip.
Need only one dart.
