Andraphon (a moon of Sumati in the Narion System) has Iron, Aluminum, Beryllium, and Helium3 for power. It's the best place to start a first outpost, and will cut down this video's setup by quite a lot. Just walk around with your Outpost marker out and ready to be placed (press F for scanner, then R for Outpost, but don't place it yet), and the top-left interface box will show you which resources are in range. You can get all 4 resources if you walk the line of the two biomes, and you'll have Helium3 to use Fueled Generators (20 power vs the solar array's 6).

      Some other tips.
      1. Links storage from above to below. Make tower and link the top one for output and then link it with the storage blow over and over till you at the first one. Grabbing stuff from below will make it so the rest comes down until the one below is filled up again.
      2. MIGHT BE SPOILER: Use bed to pass time while having a companion you are married to. Gives more exp just like the bonus you get from being well rested, it's a bit more. It helps cause when I craft 99 items I get 110-111 exp I think instead of 99 exp. Might not be much but in the long run it will help a lot.
      3. SPOILER: Later on there is an ability you can get that keeps your c02 meter full which will help alot when you need to walk with a lot of items.
      4. Research better habs. Just buy the items from stores when you research. a bit to the right on the other side of the mineral shop the guy shows is another electronic shop or something where you can also buy some research items. Remember that some items only appear when you are above a certain level. aldumite drilling rig only appears in the shop when you are level 60 or above. Same could be with other items but I wouldn't know.

There is a moon in the Narion system called Andraphon off the planet Sumati; just plop down some iron and aluminum extractors and get to work. No upgraded scanner needed for the cobalt like in the video. The moon is not extreme conditions either so this can be done very early game. Yet if all planets are procedurally generated then I would guess all maps for each player be slightly different. The planet makeup could be the same, but the map could be different.

Couldn't you skip the cobalt and nickel and just use the iron and aluminium to craft the frames? As far as I see you get the same xp.

Why not just land on Andraphon in the Narion system, which have both Aluminum and Iron in one place? Then make the adaptive frames rather than the Isocentric Magnets? Either part only gives ONE single XP, so why all the hassle of making several outposts, containers, powers etc?
