I can’t afford any of it, but I’m intrigued! 😂
Everything NV booth should have a dark room, so you can actually check them out. It would sell more nods, and fewer samples would get damaged.
Show us the dang quad pods already
2:50 China: write this down, write this down, write this down!
The articulateing quad mount is the stit.
i'll buy the alpha mount
If you get to go by Ferro C. Let them know that we would like for them to add velcro on the FCPC to add an identification patch. We should not have to buy extra adapters. Thanks ❤️
I haven't seen it yet, did they tease a FCPCV6? Or is it something else?
Time to take out a personal loan
Do it!

Do you have a price yet for the mount? Is it aluminum or printed?
Under $400
7075-T6 aluminum

On the manticore can you adjust the brightness of each tube individually to “match” them
That would have to be done using a resistor on the tube itself. The Manticore only adjusts gain of both tubes simultaneously
Tubes are usually matched by the manufacturer upon building unless you are doing the build yourself with mismatched tubes
@@stevenpetrushonis2591 thank you, I would be doing the build myself. The tubes are currently in mod3 housings with a bridge, but this is a pretty heavy setup. If possibly via software, the ability to program an “offset” for the tube gain would be really nice.
@paulmorrow8372 if you purchase a Nocturn housing the build is no extra cost and they will match the tubes for you if one is brighter than the other
When will the diasho pano come to the website and whats the price
This week! $650
The pano is chimera, they said on ig later this year and around $7500
@@user-mw9yh4cu2i he means the panned Daisho
I thought they had also released some sort of thermal in a tanto housing?
I think you're right...I need to showcase more of those stuff in detail.

I like the concept of the kit rotating up instead of flipping, reduces the space it takes up, but i still believe the common prices for working quads is absurd. Why not slightly alter the mount, and create a attachable rear lense that allows people to build up their kit gradually one nod at a time. Same end result but always the user to set it up how they want without going into crippling debt.
Since there are 4 tubes in a panoramic system each pair of tubes has to share a rear lens assembly, so the pod itself has to be fused. However the full Chimera will cost far less than what people are used too (roughly half the price)
That being said, panoramic night vision certainly isn't for everybody, and for most a Binocular system is more than sufficient. The panoramic night vision device is more appropriately applied to career users
Steven....can you change this "The panoramic night vision is more appropriately applied to carrier users. Except for Walsh. Mrs. Walsh you should know he definitely needs them. It's important."
haha you guys are awesome!
-Walsh
Will never afford them but a guy can wish
With financing available and monoculars starting at $2800 one day being a night vision owner may be feasible
ADDDD!! Discount code TLDco. One day....or Day one lol

Meow ❤
I want to see what they look like POV.
I can make that happen lol

@@ThinLineDefenseCo (Sean Connery Voice) "You're the man now dog."
Are they legit military grade nods?
I think you're asking two questions... Nocturn makes the housing. You can put any grade tube in them that you buy....
@@ThinLineDefenseCo oh ok so I guess I’m asking does nocturn sell the housings and the tubes or just the housings?
@@ThinLineDefenseCo do they sell the housings and the tubes or just the housings?
They sell both so you can get a complete unit. The housing can be like a tanto single or a lightweight katana dual or then new manticore
but then the tubes you select separately. It can be high or lower grade depending on your budget
@@ThinLineDefenseCo that’s fucking awesome cause yeah yeah even tho I’m a liberal trans person I’m pro gun and I want a whole ass setup for myself thanks for the info btw!
Would love night vision if they weren't fucking 10-40,000 dollars. Don't even get me started on those IR lasers. However would like to point out that the one from eotech us more reasonably priced compared to others that can cost 5k plus. Although retail is 3,000 on eotechs site but on omaha outdoors you can pick them up for 2.2k. Before you go looking they are out of stock
You can get a perfectly serviceable Gen3 PVS14 for $2500 all day.
@@mpsteidle why would I want a serviceable NVGs, used ones are going have issues in the short run, rather have issues in the very long run than short one, plus I don't want someone else's sweat on my eye socket, on top of that I think pretty much everybody buys NVGs new not used
@Chris09978 I've tried plenty of used pvs14s and never had any issues. Buy from a reputable seller and you'll be fine.
Regardless, your price point is still way off. There's plenty of dual nods out for sub $5k, and any seller worth their salt will offer a warranty.
@@mpsteidle my price point is not way off, if you are buying brand new PVS 14 with white phosphorus they run 10k, if you buy the green one it's a little less but not significant. Monotubes however are the cheapest they can run new around that 5k mark. But on average NVGs new with the white phosphorus they run 10k, and those are dual tubes. Quad tubes or GPVN18s I believe they are called run for 40,000
@@Chris09978 You're just wrong. The best, new from the factory white phosphor L3 PVS14 (M914A) you can get from TNVC is still only $5300. This is the most expensive PVS14 they offer, $2500-$3000 units are very common if you shop around.
You are well into PVS31 territory for $10k.
Uh...
