Adding BANDS to Your Dumbbells for More Resistance
In 2020 I've done more programming for people training at home than I've ever done in my life. That's no surprise considering our circumstances.
Most people don't have full dumbbell sets laying around. I've found that it's very common for most people to have a couple sets of dumbbells, a few bands, and maybe a kettlebell or two.
We've gotten creative the last few months with how we're combining bands and dumbbells for different ranges of resistance. This video will give you some ideas to increase the difficulty of exercises with the light weight you've got access to.
    Hope this helps!

Bro I feel it in my front delt more when I use bands, I do all correct forms , any tips to maximize chest contraction ( chest press)

It's tough to identify without seeing the movement. But, try 1) squeezing your shoulder blades together and bringing your whole shoulder girdle back as your press, and 2) keeping your hands a little lower down your torso at the bottom of the movement. Your hands should end the movement in line with the bottom of your chest, no higher.
Front delts usually take over if your hands float too high towards your shoulders or your shoulders collapse collapse forward during the press.

The most important tip do baby reps full reps are just so unbalanced with bands especiality with adding dumbells

Bands are definitely unbalanced! But, it can be intentionally used as a training strategy too. There’s a phrase for that kind of training - Accommodating Resistance. It’s the same idea as chains. But, you’re right that it’s not ideal if you are looking for consistent tension through the movement.

Crap tip, power through and STABILIZE muh dude, the bamboo bar and kettlebell barbell benching exists for a reason. Stability training is very useful.
