    If you have a good hot hair dryer you can carefuly heat the white pvc waste pipe end and make direct connections with glue and make slight offsets to straighten direct runs. Just a hint there is another option and that is a commercial heat gun for the same process. Also, watch your drop and distance on waste lines. If you exceed the ratio the water may not carry any residue and be prone to clogging. Don't forget to put a small steel plate over where the plumbing goes through the wood so when you cover the wall you don't accidentally put a screw or nail through the pipes.

    Glad to see Danni back and in her good form. Pretty exciting to see your current projects because they are heading for a finished boat. This has got to be pretty rewarding to realize how far you have come. Good decision on the half inch pipe although copper costs the moon. Will you continue to vlog when cruising about so we ( your audience ) can continue to look over your shoulders as it were. Danni will be picking up a few shifts through an agency wherever we are in the country and I’ll be carrying on with filming and editing the videos, we make a bit through RUclips from adverts so that will help pay for diesel, logs and gas 🙂

I’ve finished up at my old work and currently focusing on finishing the boat and filming/editing the videos, we make a bit through adverts which will help with our canal license, logs and gas etc. Yeah who knows on a book, maybe once we actually know what we’re doing on the canals! 😂

The doors are beautiful. It's such a pleasure following you on your amazing adventure. Dani's talk to camera was classic (re: Joe's motor). You two are great. Take Care and have a great week. that blue flex hose you are using for your drain, has a short life. measure the white pvc pipe and compare to the black pipe on the wall. if the white pipe is close to sliding over the black. you can heat the white pipe and work it over the black. a heat gun, hair dryer or torch (careful not to melt the pipe). you can also bend the white pipe using the same method of heating the pvc pipe.
    use a liberal amount of glue on both the black and white pipe, to ensure a good seal as the black pipe is not smooth. make sure the glue is compatible for both types of plastic pipe.

    • @DanniandJoe
      @DanniandJoe  2 года назад

      Yes someone else suggested some radiator hose, which is smooth also. The pipe is slightly offset so wouldn’t slide over easily without a flexible pipe

    • @erehwon7729
      @erehwon7729 2 года назад

      @@DanniandJoe that's why I mentioned the heating of the pipe. you can then form it to almost any angle. like after going through a wall and you need the pipe shifted in multiple directions to conform to existing structure. you can heat the pvc and bend it, without using fittings. just trying to save you additional future maintenance. as things age and deteriorate. radiator hoses will last in certain conditions over 10 years. in high heat 2-3 years. in your climate probably the extended life.

      The diesel heater is almost ready to go, the main thing is not having our batteries connected yet and we’re running the lights off a random spare battery we have, if we used the diesel heater it would empty the charge within a day I think

      Crushed Pine 1 by Dulux, we used a quick dry satinwood (water based). Crushed pine 2 is also really nice

      No we’re planning on leaving them exposed pine to go with the floor and ceiling trims etc. Really like the contrast between wood and paint
