Looks like a modernized SA1 model. At this point, i'd take a new design over the recycled one we've had for over a decade.
It's crazy how much his model changed from Adventure 1 to 06/Riders ZG to Storybook games and then it just stayed the same from Unleashed and on.
Except Sega shortening Sonic's quills
honestly the problem is that he is too light shaded mouth looks ugly really big pupils and big hands also better shading
I hate when Sonic looks like Sonic

He looks like the design of Sonic Heroes, but modernised, pretty epic

More like the CGI version of Heroes for me

Why does Sonic show 15% more authoritarian superiority every time he stretches his eyes?
I like frontiers but even with all the updates there's still just a few little problems I have with the game that I think could be better but they will most likely never be changed so I can't do much.
Adventure sonic but more polygon
It looks similar to the msa2 model (or marza redux sonic)
Fans proving again that they can make a better sonic model than sega.
