I’m a bit confused about the video. Apparently it seems that you can commit non-culpable homicide due to negligence and willful blindness. Just like with the father who left his daughter to his car, he got negligent homicide but wasn’t really jailed [so, non-culpable right?]. Later on the vid there’s also negligence as a reason for involuntary manslaughter. The example was that roller coaster staff forgetting to buckle the seat of one of the passengers. How do you find the difference between these two cases where negligence is both in play? Both offenders didn’t really have malice against the victims.
It kind of expects from a person that he should be able to read the mind. There is a saying that a thief is the one that steals, but also the guilty for the theft are the ones that participated: the one that held the ladders, the one that held the light, the one that was the guard. In this case... 25 years, kind of cruel. Though, if the lender was the arrogant heartless person that knew what will be done, if that was obvious (not "I thought it was a joke"), than the lender is the provider of a means used in a particular crime. You know, he gave the criminals a helping hand.
Honestly, I initially ignored this channel - but the scope of topics covered is amazing and as far as I can tell, factual (precious commodity in these parts). 👍🍻
Here in the Philippines, if a man or woman finds catches their spouse in the act of cheating on them, they do not get any repercussions, consequences, nothing, if ever one of them dies. It's a real old law too.
Yeah in the Philippines cheating on your spouse can warrant you jail time so either give up on one relationship before doing another one or dont even try it or you can face jail time
Well, cheating can result in failure of the marriage, so it means the victim's life was spent invain with a wrong person, person that lied at the wedding vows. Lifetime investment goes zero. One can't easily start over. Especially when older. Ans if no kids bcs if cheater's actions. Plus, that is the insult to the deepest human emotions, victim dedicated self whole, while the cheater not. The world tumbles upside down in an instant. Instant blackout, temporary insanity.

How can he put his daughter in the fridge and not doing any jail time or at least get him some mental help because you can't forget your child that's madness and he tried to rectify his mistake instead of getting help straight away c'mon, I hope he got the help he needs.
It is possible he forgot his child. Doesn't mean he's mad. Think of it this way: people forget to pick their kids up from school (especially when they're still very young) because they are preoccupied with work. That doesn't mean they have some mental condition; they just forgot to pick up their child. Using that same logic, it's possible that guy forgot his child in the car because he was preoccupied with something else. The difference? Him forgetting his child led to the death of his child, unfortunately.

Thanks, this video came out right on time! ;)
What a lovely night time vid
[ 12:19 ] I don't think they call it a pool table because it has to be next to a pool.
how do you guys always answer my questions right when i have them
They keep track of world events and recognise what would garner the most views. This is likely made due to George Floyd's case.
I learn a lot of stuff from the Infographics Show and MatPat.
I would still like to know how the husband can be charged and imprisoned if he wasn't even there?
its kinda bald but basically cause he owns them he’s equally responsible for there actions even if hes not present
And that's a joke. In my country u would most likely get a fine or probation not even jail time at all
This is just weird. The dogs, I'm actually kinda sorry for them being executed. And as for the wife, she could have paid some recompense, and the husband too. I don't think it was their fault at all, maybe the woman that got killed just had too much dog food in her bag...
I adore this channel! 🤘
8:33 okay thanks, ill make sure the next time i commit a crime that i get a stable person with me
12:42 her face though!🤣 that’s a “oh for Christ sake you done it again” look
it best not to commit crimes at all what do you mean if your friend is known to be unstable...

Hello info man love content
"he put her in the fridge to cool her down"
I think that's what a cannibal would do!
Speaking from experience, babies are better microwaved with some garlic and butter.
@@omaewamoushindeiru584 nahh, I prefer using a Grill with red chilli powder but microwave is OK too👍
@@omaewamoushindeiru584 I put mine in a big container poor flavoured juice around it for a taste edible I've treat (make sure you boiled them first or rise you can't eat it properly in the ice)
I know right! He should have gone to prison instead of the poor couple that got convicted because of some dog incident.
I learn more on this channel than I do in school
seems to me like giving someone the death penalty even though they were not directly involved in the crime is a conscious disregard for life.
They should at least sentence them for being clumsy
So true.
this channel helps so much
Hard to be mad at those dogs when infographics uses such an adorable animated dog cartoons
Yes.
I have learned a lot from your channel. Thank you very much.
well, id say imprisoning the husband too is kinda harsh. he might have told his wife to keep the dogs inside cause they are nuts and she decided herself that she wanted to take them for a walk.
25 years for lending your car. are they nuts?
Thanks! I need this for my legal class
MidNight in South Africa 🇿🇦 but I'm somehow I'm in a lecture hall 😭💯😂
Ola mzanzi
Nkosi sikele Africa Malapalepese zone too
I liked watching the show oz, One guy fired a gun into the ceiling in a subway killing a woman on the next floor and he got criminally negligent homicide. Another guy got mad he lost a dart game at a bar and threw the dart in the back of the guys head and he got manslaughter. I like seeing the different degrees of crimes and the crime flashbacks with them
5:58 ah, finally, I know getting hit by a 3mph car causes you to go into orbit. Thanks, infographics show!
s-superman?
"Its a good reason not to take part in a crime if you know your friends is unstable or dangerous" it feels like its okay to commit crime just fron this
I enjoy the infographics show. They are always entertaining.
