Yeah trust me being that girl has nothing to do with what you look like or your body. It has to do with your mindset and motivation. Maybe the reason you don’t see bigger “that girls” in tiktok, because a lot of people have no motivation or just don’t post about it

Really great tips. you do have to make it part of your routine so you do no matter what. I decided at the beginning of the year that i was going to become that girl and it was the best thing that i made for myself. I feel amazing.
Haven't watched this video until now and what I reacted to is that it's over 6 months since you made and uploaded this video. I just mean: time flies so fast 😱 I've seen pretty many That Girl videos now and in my eyes you're a way better girl than That Girl for real 🥰 I'm so in love with you and your channel ❤️ one thing in this video that's soooo interesting is processed food and non-processed for and for rich or non-rich. And I'm soooo happy that you brought that up and gave so good info about that. And I would say: people that pretend that non-processed food are for rich people only should educate themselves more and become better at look around in the grocery stores. As how the world is now I think it's impossible to skip processed food to 100% if you look at all days every year. But we all can cut down a lot on processed food.
