    Great video, I love the way you explain and show the info. Just one question, you said IGF-1 won't help bones grow vertically after the plates are closed, but there's a condition called Acromegaly that Väinö Myllyrinne had, and he went through a grow spurt in his late 30s, died at 54.
    Shouldn't his epiphyseal plates have been closed by then? So how's it possible Acromegaly is a thing? 🤔...

      Hey bro, I'm your same age, 5'10 and going through the same, I wish to grow more to better achieve my goals. I've done 26H fasting before and I tell you, it's way better to do regular exercise, eat a lot and drink as milk if you can.
      Also do not worry so much, people keep growing way into their 20s depending on the environment, modern medicine is great but there's still plenty of things we ignore. Have faith and take science with a grain of salt, ok? 😁💪🏼☀️...

      Also look up Väinö Myllyrinne, he's the tallest soldier in history and lived 54 years, no one talks about him. He had Acromegaly and was 7'4 at 21, but got a second growth spurt in his late 30s and grew to 8'3 💀...

    In 7:31 If the IGF-1 and GH are water soluble then how does one easily bind to plasma proteins and the other doesn’t. Won’t they both freely move in the blood without the assistance of a plasma protein

    • @waelfadlallah8939
      @waelfadlallah8939 10 месяцев назад +1

      It's a matter of affinity my friend i.e., even tho they are water soluble one attaches stronger than the other. Also you mentioned that they should float freely except plasma proteins are also designed to transport water soluble compounds, how come then they are able to bind to ionized calcium or for example, iron or vit b12 via ceruloplasmin (vit b12 being a well known water soluble vitamin as same as all other b vitamins)

    He mentions an important factor, proteins, all the videos I have seen contradict him, they say to keep my insulin low all day if I want to grow. Help, I'm not a doctor and I don't know who to believe.

      Hgh stimulates Igf-1(Insulin like growth factor-1) and basically it transports amino acids which build up proteins for your body. It can be for bones, muscle tissue, skin, etc. If you aren’t in adulthood 25+ you’ll still grow bro dw. Eat a clean diet and do sprints 5 times a week for HGH increase. SLEEP IS SO IMPORANT!! 8-10 hours per night is enough. I do not have a medical backround, but this is what I do and it helps! I grew in height by like a cm in just a month of doing this. Also don’t stress out about it, trust the process bro you’ll get there!

    I have absolutely no idea what any of this means , I saw two conflicting sources
    1: IGF-1 is bad for height growth as it inhibits GH , don’t eat sugary stuff
    2: (the one I’ve been following) IGF-1 helps convert epiphysial cartilage into bone therefore helping you grow taller , spike IGF-1 on purpose by doing S.I.T and eating sugary food (milk with sugar , natural sugars etc)
    Hey if anyone could help that’d be amazing!

      @@samgomez2743 Ive been following the latter , ive heard if insulin is high then u wont produce GH while sleeping , So i restrict sugary foods a few hours before sleep
