Hey Stan, glad you are filling the void of hard to find, comprehensive online Trap Shooting instruction! The knowledge you provide is easy to understand and visualize and the Shotkam really is an indispensable aid to your instruction. Please let us know if The Rackett has a "Shoot with Stan" day that we can come to just to show some appreciation of the guidance you provide on here. Look forward to shooting with ya soon!

I really appreciate your kind words my friend!!! Just got in from the Spring Grand last night. We got some great footage and a drone panorama of the Tucson Skeet and Trap Club. Also we have 1 hour interview with Ricky Marshall Jr. one of the greatest trap shooters of our time. I humbly appreciate your suggestion for a shoot with Stan day and plan on kicking off our season at Rackett in April. See you on the line My Friend!!!

Thanks for explaining when to start looking for a change in point of impact. That's has been eluding me for sometime now. I'm sure I will have a better score the next time I go to the range.

    Hey Stan great video!
Curious to know what ammo you use for 27y and is it different than your 16y ammo?

I normally shoot the Remington Nitros in meets. They are the 1235's. I practice with just about anything from 1145's-1250's. I know they tell you to practice with what you shoot in meets but when you shoot 300-400 rounds a day you look for deals!! I can't make the math work for reloads. I have found the All Purpose Federals you buy in Walmart for $19.56 per 4 pack work really well at 27. They are 1200's and seem to have alittle more kick almost like a 1235. Just call me cheap skate but for $4.89 a box it works. I just clean my gun after every practice day. Your friend Stan
