Have both layton and layton exclusiv. Bought the amber oud exclusiv Bleu which arrived today and I can definitely say there’s genuinely no difference once it dries down plus the benefit of it projecting more than Layton which makes this a cheat code. Buying a second bottle to stock up

The opening is slightly different but once it dries down, can’t tell the difference… great review and I appreciate your work!

Bro kalan is absolute 🔥🔥🔥 ppl don't give it no we're near the respect it deserves. it took me a few days to get used to because it's so unique. Iv also got Layton Herod and kalan's definitely my favourite. To me it has a dence rich dark berry smell mixed with pepper in the opening then as it dries down it gets really earthy with bursts of that classy rich berry spiking through in the background it's unbelievable imo
Kalan is #1 for me by PDM, following in second is haltane. Echoing the other guy, kalan is soo slept on. It takes a few wears but its beauty will shine. TBH i hated it at first, but damn...now its my favorite, blood orange and pepper blast then settles down to a saffron sweet/moss vibe. Best moss vibe ive had from any of my collection. Kalan is the shit, and the good thing is, you can get it second hand cheaper than the "hyped" ones

I totally concur. I never purchased Layton due to the menthol smell. However, I luv the Amber Oud so much I also recently purchased a back up bottle
