This works! It also works for family court / "Parental Abduction" of a child, whether your married or divorced. Even if your in different states. Also, you don't have to have a court order and if you have a court case active or proceeding for child custody, that is ok, it still works. My case/situation was this, in 2016: NOTE: We (my ex-wife and I) were still married at the time of family abduction. Me in California with my daughter of 6 years at the time and my ex-wife lives in NY. On a summer vacation my ex-wife decided to keep her in NY and not return her back home in Ca. with me, as she always did. I filed @ and got my daughter back in two months. I proved my daughter was with me through since two years old in California with school paper work, doctor notes and California residency... therefor, I proved my daughter was with me most of the time and she belonged to California jurisdiction and the judge said, she must be return to her home of jurisdiction. My ex-wifes plan was to keep her in NY for six months and then my daughter would become jurisdiction of NY. She failed, but I tell you, this works. @ @

What if your being surveillance? And you want to be exonerated or summon before a judge to remove surveillance.
