Went there to kill Kaylee. Kaylee not in what was once her room.Goes next door and she is with Madison .He kills them both but Kaylee as his intended victim is killed more brutally. Xana never went out to get food delivered .Dylan heard enough to know something was not right in the house.Bethanny asleep downstairs on 3rd floor probably knew nothing.Xana may have come out of her room to get delivery and was seen and her and Ethan died because he saw them .Dylan pokes her head out again because obviously she hears their murder and sees killer.Killer does ot see her as he is now trying to get out of there.Totally horrific !Just a theory.

Hmmm... He just walked right past a room twice without checking it... -And, it was an easy target (a single sleeping girl), but wait; he checked all the other rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors, just not DM's room. Why??? He didn't know if one of the girls and a star University of Idaho linebacker was in DM's room, because he had never been there before and did not know everyone's sleeping arrangements, right? How did he know where to find the chosen victims?
A large piece is missing and he cleared that house faster than seal team 6 could have, with only one knife and killed four young strong people, quiet enough not to raise major suspicion? He is very skilled, fast and tough! By the way, wonder was there time for any staging or re-positioning...
Police need to answer these questions...

I'm with you. They were awake and some put up a fight. The doorway at DM's room doesn't look that wide. He would have to be almost face to face with her. I could keep going on about so many things don't add up here.

I still don’t understand WHY he walked past Dylan’s room & why Kaylee was sleeping in Maddie’s bed. She had her own bed & room. Why would she leave her dog in there alone? Was she in her room & heard something happening in Maddie’s room??
Because they were best friends, and very close. Sometimes best friends will sleep together in the same bed🤷🏽♀️

No way one person killed 4 people in that short amount of time, and without at least one of the 2 survivors hearing and knowing more than what they are reporting.
Yes, I think he was inside the house sooner, though a lot of this rendition is otherwise well done. And it still happened very quickly.
Could he possibly came through the third floor sliders where Murphy was if the third floor was the target why wouldn't he just escape through the third floor sliders instead of risking going down to he stairs and why kill Xena. She obviously was a target if he went out of his way to kill them when he could just left out the second floor slider

What are the dimensions of the house room by room ? Have to have the measurements to help determine movement timing . Did the perp run up the stairs how many steps ? How long does it take to go from the lowest level to the 3 floor ?

People who participate in true crime need to use facts not create misconceptions to follow a narrative that was created by another . No one has that info as yet unless you have pulled records and have the receipts to authenticate the information .
He's upstairs in seconds - well under a minute. Same for his transition from floor 3 to Xana's bedroom on floor 2.
Doesn’t make sense why go straight upstairs then out of his way down to Xana’s room instead of going out . I believe Xana was the target Kaylee’s parents said that the killer didn’t have to go upstairs meaning Xana was the target this is what police told them and if Xana was the target then BK couldn’t have done it because police have him fixated on Maddie . Police need to speak to Emma 😮

Which takes time. No way that story she told, does not add up! And if you believe it , get checked. That is the lamest story I have ever heard, and it is not plausible. im not sure if it’s right but ethan was found in the kitchen? So I thought maybe when xana went to get her door dash she saw BK going up the stairs and it was HER that then went and said to ethan “someone is in the house” then he goes out to look as BK has killed the girls and is on his way back down the stairs and meets ethan in the kitchen and kills him, then xana is crying and BK tells her its alright he will help her, and she was found killed on her bedroom floor, then he leaves her room and thats when dylan sees him, but because of the several dogs barking, ethan screaming, and the rest of the noise i think he just wanted out of there and thought he would be ok as Dylan couldn’t see his face???? Who knows for sure but i can’t stop thinking about the absolute terror they poor people went through because of a sick evil man!!!!😢😞💔💜
What "several dogs"? There was only one dog? And nobody mentioned Ethan screaming but if he did, wouldn't Dylan have heard him? Especially if he was in the kitchen when he confronted/was confronted by BK?

Why was Dylan that night on the second floor and not on the first floor where her room is?
Another housemate had moved out one month earlier and she took her bedroom on the second floor though she was still on the lease for the 1st floor room.

Wow. So many subject matter experts on here. Everyone clearly knows you can't fatally stab someone in a matter of seconds.... That could NEVER happen, right? Everyone also knows for a fact, exactly how an individuals body and thought process reacts under stress, right? Or how there's no possible way he had some form of an idea of how the house was laid out, and who was where, right? Or that it didn't go as planned, and he panicked and killed more people than intended. There's no such thing as a target of opportunity, right? OBVIOUSLY, we're all smarter than the investigators to know beyond a doubt, that the surviving roommates are clearly lying. Because they have so much to gain by doing so.
Everybody with a keyboard is a damn expert. Smh.
