If your machine is over a year old they are going to tell you it’s nothing they can do. I’ve had my machine for 2 years and I feel like circuit has let me down
There's clearly something wrong with these machines and the fact that they are still selling them is ticking me off. I have a cricut explore and a air2 and have had nothing but problems with the air 2.
@@maconashley27 I threw my air 2 in the trash. It was long past the warranty and the customer service was no help at all so I finally threw it out. If I get another I'll try one of the Silhouette products.
Is anybody having pressure issues??? Mine is just cutting half way of the shapes i dont get it. Have changed the blades, callibrated it few times. Changed pressure settings, and still it cuts halfway of all the shapes. Super weird. Any recommendation is appreciated. Thankyouu
Thanks for the Video, for how long did you have the machine? Mine was bought on Jan 9 2021 I’m afraid the warranty period expired for mine. My machine is doing the same, red button and also tried everything you did in the video 😟.
@@LovelyNikwa They send you a new machine? Were you still under warranty? Mine only had a 1 year warranty and it expired last month, and today it is giving me the Red Light!
Had the same problem. My boyfriend just bough it two weeks ago and I just used it one week later and not too much, then this problem appeared too. :( Why are the cricuts having this problem? PD: I love purple too so I got the same one as you :D I'm waiting to see if they refund our money or send us another one.

My light is red to! But the connections you can get from the strings/(+) Bluetooth/ locate your device. Make sure you close out of all the pages from Cricut. Hope this helps

@@sadiemerino6369 The thing that we did was to send it back and they returned our money, so we bought a new one and I haven't had any problem with the new one. Supposedly, if you bought it directly with the store, send a report and then you send it back and they must send you a new one. This is what I learned from other people who had the same problem, they reported, returned it and the store sent a new one.
I know that this was two years ago, however, if you disconnect the power connector in the back of the machine for a few seconds, then hold the POWER button down while reconnecting the power cord in the back, the white light will reappear.
@@jennymel666 so you have to connect ur cricut to ur phone, and than connect ur cricut to ur phone if it doesn’t work you disconnect it and reconnect that’s how I did it
@@anibazikyan2726 I connected it to my phone and it started updating once it was almost done it showed up that it couldn’t find my cricut and disconnected my phone from my cricut now it won’t do anything on my phone I tried connecting it again and it doesn’t connect

Same issue on mine bought off of market place no warranty and i got screwed glad they sent you a new one. Seems like a common problem i hate that

How would one resolve this? Could this be caused, for instance, by one's child sticking something into the cartridge slot?
