Absolutely a great demo. Definitely a fun keyboard.
Hello, This is the very best demo of the voices on this keyboard. I took screenshots of your panel face to see the voices you were playing. I have a Tyros 4 and the SX700 but I generally turn the filters down to -64 to make a smoother sound for my music. Love the organ voices and the accordions. Not very keen on the “Rock” and “Dance” styles as I play mainly old time dance music. Thanks a million for posting. JennyB
Amazing how far Yamaha has brought this “Funmaker.” (I think that was Wurlitzer in the early 70s). In 1996 I was given a PSR-220 for Christmas. I believe this was the first model they made. I never had time for it, wrapped it in a beach towel and kept it in a closet. In January I decided to get it out and play. IT’S PURE MAGIC. And thanks to that, I’m back to playing piano again after a 35+ year hiatus.
Great review. But if I am not wrong sx700 doesn't have vocal harmony. It is only in sx900.
i'm still rocking a PSR-3000, hooked on a P90 and it's a blast !
i've got also a P125, and a DGX670 incoming
20,30seconds,,it hits the manfred man sound on Angel Station ;-) i dont play keyboards, but i need a backing band for me +my guitar when i record
