I’m jealous! I just finished building out 100 wooden marquee letters and numbers lol. I don’t have welding experience but I want to learn for other projects. Awesome work btw!
yeah, i have a collection of wooden letters/numbers. What is the cost difference with the metal and can you share the link where you got your metal sheets and cuts from?
Very cool idea.
What are you attaching the lights to the metal letters with? This is my only hold up. I have my own cnc and welder.

You can learn. It's super easy as you're just tack welding it together anyhow, rather than running a full bead.
What thickness metal did you use for the back and sides?
Are you using the same lights as for the wood or are there different lights for the metal numbers?
Where do you order your metal from?
what thickness metal sheet is used ?
How's the price difference between materials of wood compared to metal?
Each letter cost about $100 in raw materials + water jet cutting costs.

Link is in the description. Cost is almost the same honestly. About $100 per letter in material + cutting costs.
How do you attach the lights to the metal
I have a complete set of your drawings, can they be used for the sheet metal build? What gauge is the sheet metal?
Did you get the drawings from us? If so just message us through Etsy and we’ll send you the metal version
What is cheaper wood or metal?
About the same honestly!
Hum?
Shouldn't you be welding from the inside?
