Wow, another great video, Thomas. After 50 years of riding sportbikes, I recently purchased my first adventure bike, a 2023 Triumph Tiger 900 GT Pro. I'm having a blast on the bike, doing some long-distance rides and camping here in Arizona. Like you, I'm going through a real learning process regarding riding the adventure bike, fitting luggage, and packing the bike for long rides and camping. Like Norway, there are many remote places for camping here in Arizona but I feel safer and more comfortable pitching my tent in a campground where there are other people and some basic conveniences like water and a bathroom. I love the music that accompanies your videos and am aware that you created it. Also, as a subscriber to your channel, I have observed the refinements you've made with each video. This video in particular was really nice in the way you reduce the volume of the music while you are talking. The style of the music also really fits the action in the video. Thanks again for the videos and keep them coming!
Thank you for the feedback, Mark. Glad to hear it's getting better and better. 😊 Wow, 50 years of sportbikes 💪🏍️ that's a lot of experience! I hear good things about the Tiger 🐯
Riding a bike is great, and combining it with camping adventures is even more fun. If I didn't have kriega, I would have bought the Rhinowalk and saved a buck. Adventures await me next week 🙂
Hi Thomas ( or should I say Arnold ). Great country to ride in . I think you have got the right idea for bike luggage by starting with cheap soft bags. The more camping and travelling that you do , the more ideas you will have for improving your gear . I know that after 2 or 3 years , your equipment will look a lot different . Towns scare me more than trees . Unless there are bears behind the trees . Pavlin at Motorcycle Adventures has a 700 Tenere and has some ideas on luggage that you might find useful. Ride safe . ( I didn't hear a "galore" 😢)
I know that adventuring is hard and you usually upload videos once a week, but soon I'm gonna start saying in quotes of Smith Master Hewg from Elden Ring: - Well, where've you been hiding? I took you for dead...
lovely video as allwasy Thomas.. the road from andebu/høyjord over til kvelde, i have ridden that so many times on my 50 cc.. i dont get the torque as you do, but i enjoy the scenery, and thats what i feel it's all about.. getting out there, and just excisting.. but i will look into getting a licence for a bike and one day take a trip.
I dont know, personally I think you underestimate yourself. Nothing like that first trip to iron out the packing niggles. Strip life back to the essentials of food, shelter and a huge portion of helmet hey-air. 🤣
A tip for the PPF (paint protection film) is to use soapy water on the surface between the film and body and then squeegee out the liquid. You can find lots of PPF application videos showing to see examples. Should be fairly easy with a small patch like you have.
Hahaha those woods are full of old gods 😂 .. watch the movie, The Ritual (2017) or maybe Troll Hunter (2010). Flert with death? Death is a monkey ridding on your back telling you, " ride fast thru that river water, it's not deep" hahah 😆
@TalkTheRide I really enjoyed the video, the music and editing are really top-notch. I like Nelson Rigg Hurricane bags too. They aren't as expensive as some of the crap they sell the BMW guys.
You enjoy making them, I enjoy watching them.
Glad you like them, Robbie 🙏👍😊

We watch lots like this but this is the best. On the same journey looking for a bike like this. Bravo.
Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you! 🙏😊 The Tenere is a wonderful machine, I recommend you give it a try 👍
A great feature of these Yamahas is the 40,000km valve service intervals. Saves a bunch of $ over the life of the bike.
Ah nice, didn't know about that 👍🎉

*GIggles* Ok, that's enough. ... Ok, one more! *more giggles* - that's what riding means to me, too. Beautiful road. Makes me wanna ride in Norway. ✌
😁 💯 play around like we're kids again 😂

💯 I was thinking of The Ritual when I said it hehe! I Love that movie! 🍿 The Apostle is another great Netflix horror, u seen it?
@TalkTheRide ill check it out. Thanks for the recommendation
Hi have the same bags and find them perfect.
Yes, they seem fine! 👍
We like cheap. I put the Krylon spray paint job on my KLR fuel tank. Had to use that half can on something before it soured!
Cheap and cheerful!! 👊👍🎉

Thank you so much 🙏 I do put a lot of effort into these videos, glad to hear it's working 😊 *googling Nelson Rigg Hurricane
