Hello mo I have got a code error called ce-109503-8 and I done everything and it’s similar to yours but it says ip can’t be reached but my download speed is fine and my upload however it says lan cable connected but it says failed have you got any suggestions

Same happened to me I’ve finally fixed it. You need to do what he says then when that message comes up accept it do the same again unplug the cable from the router and plug ut back into a different port on the router

For some reason I'm quite sure is the setting of the cable that is not being saved, That's why we need to redo it time to time when turning on the console. I tried to just unplug the cable from the router and re plug it and change from a custom internet profile to another and worked too, so we are close, still trying to find a permanent solution.
Same method I used to stop the error. I also just changed my lab cable to the first output port on my router and have not had the issue since doing that.

If this doesn’t work wipe the connections with alcohol then reconnect it and then hold the clicker down stick a toothpick in the gap above it this should give tighter connection. Worked for me still over a year with same toothpick
I've done everything in this video, updated on safeboot, restored cache and restored licenses, even bought a new router to see if it was the issue, but it's still going. I try to go wireless, but my ps5 lag's every 5 seconds... I think my ps5's wireless card is messed up or something.
When my Ethernet is plugged in and I connect to the wifi it still comes through my Ethernet cord. Found this out because I was downloading God of War Ragnarok and when the download started it said 50ish minutes, I unplugged my Ethernet and the timer jumped to several hours. Plugged back in and I’m back down to 50 minutes and downloading. Hopefully this helps someone

Constant disconnect/connected lan notifications on my ps5. Getting kicked from games mid play is getting annoying now. Can’t play anything online as it looks like I’m rage quitting.
No solution either, I called Sony and they said that its out of warranty by 2 months as its 1 year warranty and that they can't fix it. If I want this fixed it would cost me 230 pound which is ridiculous

I eventually purchased a cat 5e Ethernet and all is working perfectly. I’m so happy, finally playing online without getting booted off. Ps: I also done a full reset on my router too. Ok I am having a terrible experience rn. I woke up one morning & it just said I wasn’t online. Then I reset my router & everything, still not online. But the wifi works fine with other devices like my Ipad & my MacBook etc. Here’s where it got weird. I tried to connect hotspot from my phone to my PS5 & IT DID NOT WORK EITHER. Clean it. I had this exact same issue and noticed my ps5 kept getting hot. Once I took it apart (very easy to do). I cleaned it out and bang never had the issue ever again

Didn’t work for my issue sadly. When I plug my cable in I get a error. All my other devices work fine, but my ps5 won’t connect via LAN cable.
Update: Resetting my router fixed the issue. I was unable to test this earlier as other house guest work at home and could not be without internet.
