Just got back from Crystal River and stopped at the marina to look at Gheenoe's. Told the sales person I was interested in them from a guy I watch on RUclips...She says "Oh the guy in Key West, Key West Waterman" = Yup. Hey Gheenoe, time to sponsor up!

I know this is almost a year old, but my German Mom would take the left over rice and make it like Madeleine says for us to have as breakfast the next day, I make it for my girls now, it is awesome! And great take on Poke bowls, you constantly give me new ideas for the fish we get - thanks Aaron!

Lots of fun in the mangoves! We never had rice for desert, but for breakfast we would have left over rice with a couple eggs from the coup, cooked over easy, and put on top with salt and pepper. Generational recipe originated to stretch meals.

My mother made Rice pudding with raisins in it and she also made rice cakes with caramel. She boiled a can of sweetened condensed milk for about an hour and a half to Two hours and then left it overnight. If you try it don't open it until it's cooled All the way. Now I'm wanting to know if you have ever caught any snapper using a lure. Always great to see you guys and I look forward to seeing you guys soon.

Aaron my brother from another mother, The Lovely Madeleine and Clams Master Will Hi 😊😎👋🙌🍺🍺🍺, Fur Babies where are you Tunedogg???, and Madeleine my Indian grandfather used to do a slightly different way with the rice, where he just as the rice was almost done cooking he mixed the rice with some of the rice water, added condensed milk and we had that growing up, think he called it "Mar or Marr", my Chinese side of the family didn't make a variant of the Indian side of my family that I know of, lots of love and best wishes to you all, and until next time stay safe, stay awesome out there everyone 😊👋🙌 🍺🍺🍺

I don’t know if it’s regional but, that desert sounds like rice pudding. Something we eat pretty often here in PA
