Best...Lunch Break... Ever - Police Chase (Explicit)

Back on nightshift now, so I was devouring a Chalupa at the Markham, IL Taco Bell on my lunch break and I got some entertainment. Saw the end of the chase with the car hitting the curb before the driver fled. Hard to notice, but there's a perfectly good escape route down the dark residential street, but the moron runs in front of a Popeyes before turning around with hands in air yelling something and proceeding to be laid out by 2 officers. Helicopter was too slow and arrived way too late to be of any use besides using taxpayer money.
