I have the go walks and it didn’t give me as much arch support as I needed. I had to go and buy orthotics to put into the shoe now I’m looking for a shoe that keeps my feet firmly on the sole. I feel like the shoe is making my feet slide to the outer sides and I have to keep adjusting my foot back into the shoe. I’m not sure if it’s because I had to add extra inserts.
Question: For Fast “Step” walking activity (4 to 6,7 Km/h) in the city, which shoe is more suitable between a "running" and a "trail running" shoe...? Allow me to ask you for some maximum indications, in general... on the models to be considered. Deepening: :: Kyphosis "left" dorsal spine :: "Mild" bilateral coxarthrosis :: osteophytosis "left foot", base of the nail phalanx of the first ray (reduction of interphalangeal fissures) and presence of plantar calcaneal spine. A part, Physiotherapy exercises" and Right Insoles (hypothetical and aside)". For the choice of shoes there is who recommends me: "neutral" running shoes like Hoka Bondi, Mizuno Wave Rider. Who, on the other hand: "stable" running shoes. Or, "neutral" trail running shoes all Asics (better, according to them for the grooves of the sole and generally also a little "stable"). Thank you in advance, in case you find the time to answer ✍🏼

@@rayko2976 yes i had the solid black ones that tied. I liked them they were good for work but wore out kinda quickly. I would buy them again though! So did you just put regular laces in those? I just got a pair of brooks ghost 15 and they are great! Not killing my back

Been using the SKECHERS GoRun Swirl Tech Speed extensively for walking, really comfortable for long hours of walking without feeling tired.

Which skechers shoes are good for chronic ankle sprain?
Physical therapist is the best form of treatment for chronic ankle sprains while supportive shoes may supplement this

I just got the go walk 7.
Do you know how to tie the laces?
There's no ends.
Those are supposed to be 'slip in' buy a pair? I had the solid black go walk 7 clear path and they were good and I have a bad back
@@GirlJay67 I got the hyper pillars. They have elastic band for lace.
I have found a workaround for the lace
